We set up our 12'x18' gazebo last week, and it fits our backyard perfectly! Each of the four boxes was neatly organized with numbered and labeled parts, which made the assembly process much simpler. I highly recommend laying out all the pieces in a designated area before starting to ensure everything is accounted for and to easily access the items you need. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and my husband and I completed the assembly in about a day. It was surprisingly manageable compared to our initial expectations. The gazebo feels solid, with all the components fitting together seamlessly—there was hardly any need for adjustments. In fact, we even leaned a ladder against it to reach the last few panels, and it showed no signs of movement! We’ve had some rain since the setup, and it has kept everything nice and dry, with no leaks. The screens and curtains are thick and high-quality. Even using just the screens effectively blocks out a significant amount of sun and heat! I also love that you can easily zip a curtain to a screen for customizable coverage. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. The company communicated with us through Amazon messages throughout the entire process, providing tracking numbers for all four boxes and checking in to ensure everything arrived intact. Their support during the build was unparalleled—I’ve never experienced such attentive customer care! I had considered less expensive options but was concerned about quality and service.
