my first unit didn't seem to detect temperature and ended up burning pellets in the auger, and eventually burned out the computer They company was nice enough to replace it and the 2nd unit works as intended It's easy to setup and get operational. The main note, due to it's compact size, is that the fire box will be the hottest part of the grill. So the center of the grill will push more heat directly above it and blacken the food. but it is so compact, I kind of expected that

I love this grill it holds a temperature perfectly and has made some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I did have an issue with one of the legs had broken off. I contacted the seller and they had my replacement part delivered in 4 days. Awesome product and awesome service. My only complaint was they should have a site where you can order parts and accessories from them directly.
