    • Works well in my shoes
I have tried the shoe inserts in two pairs of shoes so far - dress and casual leather - and they fit perfectly and invisibly in both. They are very comfortable, provide a little extra cushion and arch support in the shoe. They appear to be a good quality that will last for some time. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe size and the 8-9 1/2 fits in my shoes perfectly. I bought mainly because my inseam falls about 3/4 inch off from what I can buy in trousers off the rack, and I hate to keep paying for pants alterations. The 1 inch height increase helps my trousers length to fit perfectly - much cheaper than altering multiple pairs of pants!! :-) I know I could learn to sew... At 5'8" tall, I don't mind having the one inch lift in height either! I will be buying several more pairs. Quick shipment and fair price. This product is a winner! ... show more

These height insoles work exactly as described! They instantly added about an inch to my height and fit nicely once trimmed to size. The material feels comfortable and provides good support without making my shoes feel tight or awkward. I like that they come in multiple sizes and can be adjusted to fit different shoe styles. They fit best in mid and high tops, but I was still able to use them in some of my sneakers without an issue.     • Makes a Real Difference - Boosts Confidence
Picked these up out of curiosity more than anything—wanted a little extra height for going out, wearing certain sneakers, or when I’m dressing up for work. I’m 6 feet tall, but figured 1 inch never hurt anybody. Everyone else is doing it. And honestly? These work better than expected. Fit & Feel: They’re soft and supportive—kind of like a memory foam insert but with lift. I trimmed them slightly to fit my work boot, and had no issue getting them in. I’ve worn them out for 8 hours at a time at work, and they stay in place and don’t cause heel slippage like some cheaper ones do. Comfort: Surprisingly comfortable. If you’re standing or walking all day, you’ll probably feel the height difference a bit in your calves or knees, but nothing crazy. Just don’t wear them to leg day at the gym unless you want uneven squats. I usually wear other comfort insoles on top of these when I wear boots. Look/Height Difference: You definitely notice the boost. It’s subtle—just enough to feel a little taller and more confident without looking unnatural. If you’re wearing pants and boots that cover your ankle, no one’s gonna notice unless they already know your actual height.
