It actually helped with my facial psoriasis! And it was fast too! 5-6 times I applied it and it was dramatically less visible. Would recommend. But keep in mind you will have to reapply it every 7-8 days to keep it from coming back, because it does come back.

The lotion itself is 5/5, what everyone is saying about the nozzle is absolutely correct. Expect to have to unscrew the top off every time use get the lotion off the hose. Other than that, lotion looks good, feels good, helps with Co.bo skin, somehow thick and whipped texture, not oily at all so won't clog pores, and doesn't smell. ... show more

My doctor recommended this product for me because my skin is very dry. For a while Amazon did not carry it so I was happy when I got an email that the product was available at a slight discount. The product is wonderful. It is easy to apply and makes my skin so soft. Scent is pleasant and the size is very good. Amazon please ship this cream by itself with packaging to protect it from leaking. Mine came in a package with my husband's case of protein shakes, not a good pairing. I really like this cream for my psoriasis. it is very soothing to my skin. the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it arrived with the top completely off and at the price, surely it could have been packaged more securely. I had to clean it off of other products in the package.
