I purchased this for my mom (she's 63) as one of her Christmas presents and she loves it. She says it pairs automatically, the battery lasts forever, and the sound quality is great. She's been a bluetooth earpiece person since they came out, and my dad constantly buys her replacements, but I think this one is going to last her a while. I also purchased her a warranty for it, so she's covered. I got her the pink one because her iPhone is pink. I got it on Black Friday when it was "marked down," but it's actually less expensive today because of a coupon they're offering. $40 price point is worth it and amazing for the performance you get.

I rarely leave Amazon reviews, but I feel like I need to with this product. I have owned numerous Bluetooth earpieces over the years, from very expensive name brand ones to cheap ones. This HEIBAS Bluetooth Headset earpiece is pure perfection and an absolute steal for the price! First off, the earpiece itself is super comfortable & lightweight. Don't be fooled with how big it looks and start thinking that it must be cumbersome, it is not. This is the lightest and most comfortable earpiece I have ever owned. The fact that the case comes with a backup battery charger itself is outright brilliant, so you never have to worry about the batter dying. I have yet to get a low battery alert on this ear piece. The clarity of the sound, on both ends is perfect! Trust me, you NEED this earpiece, it's the best product I have purchased on Amazon yet!

For the price, this is a fantastic headset. The people I've talked to had no problem hearing me, and this headset can go pretty darn loud and clear. The only nit-picks I have are as follows: 1. It's great that the case charges it, but there isn't any indication of the battery level on the headset itself. When you put the headset in the case, you do see a battery level, but it's not clear if it's the battery level of the case itself or the headset. Also, there is no way to view the battery level of the case without inserting the headset (it would be nice if the case displayed battery level when it's opened). So although the battery life in the headset and case are amazing, the communication of that information is lacking. 2. The headset is loud and clear, but it does hang out on the higher end of the frequency spectrum. If you're sensitive to shrill pitches, it might bother you. A little less treble would be better. Still very clear though. 3. The manipulation of the headset to get it to fit back in the case wasn't quite obvious at first. This is just a learning issue and over time I'm sure it'll be fine. All in all, for the price, this is a fantastic value. One of the best headsets I've tried, with the LONGEST battery life even just in the headset itself without even including the case charging it. I used it for 4 hours straight and it still showed 80% battery life. I'll have to try it all day long and see if it lasts a complete day, but it sure seems like it will. I wore it for 4 hours with no discomfort, as it is balanced well on my ear. One other thing to mention is that a friend of mine also purchased this based on my recommendation, and he noticed a hum in the background that came and went, so perhaps the quality control might not be the best at this price point; if he continues to have issues he'll exchange it. Update after a few weeks of use: My original review still stands - still very impressed with the headset, however some additional notes: It is frustrating that the case doesn't communicate the headset battery vs. the case battery, and it also appears from the product listing that you can recharge the headset multiple times from the case; in reality, the case can charge the headset 1-2 times, so saying that you'll get 72 hours of talk time is not accurate. Also, the product listing mentions 18 hours of talk time; while the talk time is impressive for the size of the unit, it's not 18 hours. More like 12 hours. Plus my phone listed the battery of the headset as 60% after about 10 hours of use. Then it dropped to 20% after 2 more hours and dead 15 mins later. So realistically 12 hours of talk time, plus charge 2x from the case. Still impressive though. Call it a total of 36 hours of use between a fully charged headset and 2x charging from the case.

I LOVE this earpiece. I'm super glad I got it. I was previously using a tethered earpiece. It's really nice to be able to walk around and it's tiny and hardly noticeable you're wearing it. I highly recommend, I was pleasantly surprised how easily it pairs. GREAT device.
