it was really cool at first but now i’m having problems where the carplay keeps disconnecting on the device but my phone still says it’s connected to the carplay. not sure how to fix this

This unit worked OK but was always a bit temperamental. It would lose Bluetooth connection to my iPhone and would require me to reconnect. Then it started connecting but would not start CarPlay. I could always keep messing with connections and it would start but a couple of weeks ago it stopped running CarPlay completely. It does still work if you connect via a cable but not with Bluetooth. That wasn't the plan, pretty much junk now.

I have a 2008 Chevy Aveo and this worked great. It’s very clear with its instructions it sometimes takes a while to put stuff after you press it but it’s good!

I purchased this carplay because my iPhone screen is too small for clear navigation on maps. I am not tech but I found the installation process super easy. Simply plugging in and connecting to Bluetooth and my phone and no need for additional setup. I larger screen makes maps hassle-free. overall, I am pleased with my purchase and it is worth it to update for the new year!!

Looking at alot of high review ratings, the high ratings is for a remote control and NOT for this product. This is fraud and I can't understand why Amazon allows this. The item itself only worked when it was connected through a cable and only works with Android Auto which does not mirror my phone, which is the reason I decided to get this. To finish off, it showed that it will be delivered before Christmas since I ordered way early enough, but didn't get here until Dec 27th. Doesn't matter. It would've been a bad present anyways.

It works, sometimes I have to have my car speakers turned max volume just to hear something, that gets annoying. Also, it would be nice if you didn’t have to set the date and time EVERYTIME you get in the car, but does work so 🤷🏼♀️Get what you pay for, for sure!

This car play is easy to setup and connect. Plug and play just connect Bluetooth to the phone. Fits older model car which doesn’t have monitor for control panel. Can also able to use GPS in the CarPlay.
