I'm an experienced DIYer and have put together many "project buys," so I know a quality product when I see one. I was initially hesitant to purchase this gazebo since there were only a handful of reviews, but I'm so glad I did. This is a truly heavy-duty gazebo that exceeded all my expectations. The instructions recommend 3-4 people for assembly, but I was able to put the entire thing together myself over three very hot days. The engineering on this product is perfect—every single hole lined up flawlessly. There was no need to leave screws loose to force anything into place. While one type of screw was used for 97% of the build, the entire process felt intuitive. The only tricky part was standing it up, but with the help of a Werner ladder as a companion, I was able to lift and secure it with no problems. One of the boxes was delayed, which was a warning I missed in the delivery instructions, and it arrived a few days later a bit damaged. I was concerned about missing parts, but everything was there, with a few extra pieces to spare. Now that it's complete, the gazebo looks fantastic! The curtains and screens are both thick and durable, and the overall structure feels incredibly solid. We've received a ton of compliments from people at our campground in Cape May, NJ. If you're on the fence about this purchase, take it from me: it's a beautifully engineered, high-quality product that's well worth the effort. Pictures stink, but I never said I was a photographer 😉

This canopy takes two people to assemble. It took me and my husband about 4hours to put together. The directions are that good . It’s self explanatory as you put all the letters together. Update 9/27 The canopy did not hold up to Hurricane Helen. It totally demolished it. Winds of 172 … it didn’t stand a chance.

We bought this product 8 months ago. It's beautiful but the canopy is poor quality. With regular rain and regular wind it has torn apart from one end the other. They do not have a replacement canopy. For this reason, I would recommend buying another that has replacement canopies available.

Looks good. Relatively easy to put together. Unfortunately terrible customer service. Received in 3 boxes. 2 of the most critical parts were missing. A part called HH bracket. Practically foundation pieces that you cannot build and erect gazebo without the 2 brackets. The instructions has an email to use for replacement of missing parts. Also contacted them through Amazon services. Still no answer or even a response. I’ll probably have to pay a machinist to build me the 2 pieces to be able to complete the project. Avoid this company at any cost. Follow up. Once I got a customer service rep on the case he was on top of it and within 24 hours got me the missing parts shipped. I recommend if this happens to anyone to contact the company through Amazon and not waste time contacting them on the email provided on the instruction manual.

My husband and I are snowbirds in Florida. Most hardtop gazebos in our community survived recent hurricanes, so we wanted one. Why we selected this gazebo: Finding a sturdy gazebo was a priority. We selected this one for a few reasons including the overall weight and size of the four main supports. Our rationale was that a heavy structure with large supports would translate to a sturdy gazebo. After assembling it, we feel we made the right decision. Delivery: The unit was delivered ahead of schedule in three boxes. All pieces were accounted for and in perfect shape despite minor damage to the cartons. Assembly: The engineering/ design combined with good, understandable instructions made the assembly fairly easy. As seniors, we worked on this slowly but methodically on average 3 hours per day. It took us a week. Only at one point, when raising the four supports and assembling the base of the roof structure, did we need additional help. Final Comments: There weren't many reviews for this gazebo, so we were taking a risk buying it. But now we're sure we made the right decision. This is a high-quality, sturdy gazebo.

It took a few hours to put together it looks nice but some issues with the quality of materials. We're the semester are sowed together there some flaws and the corner stitches break when putting it together.but it is big and seams to be holding up at the moment.

I took a chance on purchasing this when it only had one review, and I am so so so glad I did! This gazebo is beautiful, sturdy, and filled with a bunch of extras. For example, it has some screen-covered venting at the top so bugs won’t get in, a hook to hang a chandelier/pendant or lights, it has two metal bars so that you can move the screen curtain and the water-resistant solid curtain together or separately, and the screen curtain has ties at the bottom to tie it to the post so that the wind won’t blow it around and let the bugs in. I had my contractor, who was already doing work on the yard, assemble it, and he was able to do it with some effort, but no problems. He did pour some concrete footings under my new patio to bolt the gazebo into them, because he knows I want to leave it up permanently and year-round in New England where we do get some very windy north-easter storms. The wood color of the post is a little darker (and with a slight green hue in the sun?) than in the photos, but it looks great altogether, and when you put the curtains up, the color doesn’t stand out as much anyway. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase, and at a great price! I’ve already been spending all day and into the evening out here and I absolutely love it!

Item delivered a week ahead of schedule! All items clearly marked for orderly setup. It takes at least 2 persons to set this up. Must read steps carefully. Structure is very sturdy and the screen is very effective! Great product for the money!!
