I thought at first it didn’t work because I had it laid out on a bed in my camper and kept running my hands over it periodically. I contacted the company and before I heard back I decided to plug it in again and sit under it. It rotates on and off so obviously I was feeling it each time it was off because it worked like a charm and kept me warm. Simple enough but lacking in features and not worth the price. Pros: Size and weight seem right for travel. Love the print/color. Seems sturdy enough but I haven't bothered to wash it. Cons: No on/off switch. Only one level of heat, which is not hot enough. Too expensive for what you get.
