Love the TM 216 amplifier. They are small and fit nicely. The sound amplification is what I had hoped for. Lots of volume adjustment, I needed the lowest setting. Adjustment is quick and easy. Like anything else it took some time getting adjusted to. At first I just used them at home for a short time to get used to them. Hearing loss is typically slow and gradual and hard to notice. Until you actually experience these then you know. I use these in certain situations as my hearing loss is not yet significant. Enough that I can use these. The small charge case is nice and allows charging when not plugged in. Similar to what you see in many Bluetooth earbuds.As you can see in my photo the case is compact. You can carry in your pocket and not know it is there. Charges fast also. The user manual explains the operations clearly. These work very well for me and seem to meet my expectations. ... show more

I have a $4K hearing aids set and I am not happy with it, they sound muffled, even my doctor said with this $4k aids set, I would still need to read lips? So, I am just trying anything that would amplify the sound. This $140 set works the same as my $4K, the sound is a little better because they amplify everything this is what I wanted. The touch control is easy to use, the fit is good. My advice, don't spend more than $140 for hearing aids. I only have had it for a few days so I don't know how long the battery will last but so far so good. Next thing I will want to try some open domes to see if it would improve the muffled sound. Update. So far so good. 1 suggestion is the lowest vol should be about 1/4 lower it is a bit loud for my %50 hearing loss. Update. For short term use these are ok but for longterm use I prefer my $4k hearing aids because i can control the volume and equalization. ... show more
