He refuses to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids that aren’t worth the major cost. The inexpensive hearing enhancers don’t help him. I saw these on Amazon. They’re very inexpensive. So I took a chance and gave them to him for his birthday. It was worth everything to see his face light up when my little one started to speak to him and he heard and understood what he was saying. They’re very comfortable and a great thing is that he can adjust the volume while they’re in his ear. No fumbling. Father had a question about battery life. Right now the sound quality of these hearing aids is great. We received them well packaged, but with no manual with directions thus 4 stars. They look good in ear and are partially hidden, which is a plus. There is an "L" and an "R" embossed on the aids. There is no way to turn up or down that we could find. So far great sound. Will update if we have issues

Right out of the box they’re simply WOW ! I put these into my ears, without any adjustments and I was very pleased. They are very comfortable (keep forgetting that I’m wearing them) The sound is clear. No buzz or static. These are really amazing. Had a question if I was wearing them correctly. Contacted customer support. They answered my question, sent me a picture showing what to do. Few days later I received a follow up email asking me if they feel ok .. not used to getting right through. It’s usually a “high call volume response. Thank you.

These are very light, comfortable and have great sound quality. One other seemingly minor thing I really love is that one has a red stem and the other blue. No guessing as to which goes in which ear. Volume control is simple and can be adjusted in ear. These are great hearing amplifiers!

The media could not be loaded. This comes with a round charging case. To turn off or on you use the case once charged. I like that each one is marked red right and blue left .The charging case is round and not bulky fits good in my pocket. You can adjust the volume very easy with your fingers. The older model I notice the sound quality was good but this one seems better. I recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. The units are easy to adjust, keep a long charge, and come with a portable charger. Add great service to that, and I can't recommend them enough!

This product performs just as the description indicates. I have had these for almost a year and use them everyday. In fact, I purchased an additional set for my husband because he was using mine! The battery life is long, I can wear them over 10 hours with no problem. They certainly help keep the volume of the tv down (which is the primary reason I have them) so the neighbors do not hear what we are watching! The customer service is great, they have provided a quick response whenever I had a question. I would certain recommend these to others with minimal hearing issues.

This item works really fine. My father couldn't hear very well and used to turn up the TV volumen really high. After we started using the hearing aids, he can hear much better. Configuration is pretty easy, the battery lifetime is awesome. Totally recommended. PD: when the item arrived, one pud was not working. I got in touch with the support team and they were so kind with our problem. The company issued a replacement almost immediately. They have a great customer support.
