The ASUS USB-AC53 AC1200 Nano USB Dual-Band Wireless Adapter has significantly improved my wireless connectivity experience. If you're looking to upgrade your device's wireless capabilities, this adapter is a fantastic choice. To start, the compact and sleek design of the ASUS USB-AC53 is impressive. Its small form factor allows for easy portability, making it convenient for on-the-go use with laptops or other compatible devices. Whether you're streaming high-definition videos, gaming online, or transferring large files, the USB-AC53 ensures a smooth and uninterrupted wireless experience. The inclusion of MU-MIMO (Multi-User, Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output) technology is a significant advantage. I've noticed a considerable improvement in overall network speed and responsiveness since using this adapter. The AC1200 rating ensures excellent wireless performance with speeds of up to 867Mbps on the 5GHz band and up to 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. • This little piece of high tech is amazing!
Style: AX1800
Purchased to update an older Lenovo laptop that only had 2.4ghz band. I used the downloaded copy of the driver. With no problems, the little Nano installed quickly and started working flawless! The old Lenovo now has 1201 mbps upload/download speed using wifi 6 on the 5ghz band of my new tp-link wifi 7 router. Amazing! I am quite pleased with it to say the least! ... show more

  • It worked!
Style: AX1800
I got a new Netgear AX1800 WiFi 6 router. Everything in my house, maybe 15 devices, picked up on the SSID signal... except one old laptop. No matter what I did, the Netgear did not show up, and I figured it was an old incompatible WiFi card in the laptop after having updating its driver. I looked at this product, which at the time was $50 bucks, and also at the D-link DWA-X1850 which got slightly better reviews, but was $80. Perhaps worth more than this old laptop. When I saw the Asus go on sale, I decided to take the chance. I'm glad I did, because at %40 off ($30 bucks) It did the job for cheap. It cuts out from time to time, but now my old Lenovo Ideapad can limp thru it's remaining years as a backup. Update 15 Aug 2023: The plastic clamshell that this adapter is contained in fell apart. I was able to carefully glue it together with epoxy, being careful not to damage the tiny antenna. This is an indication of the quality of the unit, however it still works. ... show more

  • One of the easier to install ASUS solutions I have purchased and works well.
Style: AX1800
Need a boost to the work laptop they gave you, well this little nana WiFi adapter does the trick. Really gave my system a boost in network performance, but full transparency I had setup my house with the latest WiFi devices that support WiFi 6 - 802.11AX, but my system from work was limping along with an older internal WiFi adapter. I work for a non-profit that is notoriously stingy with hardware upgrades so the easy fix was to try out this nana adapter and see if it could take advantage of the WiFi capabilities I had invested in at home. Worked like a charm. ... show more
