I bought this one and decided to pay the $30 over the competition specifically because of rocking feature. It was supposed to have a 20 degree rocking motion. It does not. It doesn't even move to rock. The seat itself is HARD. There's virtually no cushion. My $65 Walmart office chair has more padding than this. The good. It does lean back, and the slide out foot rest works fine except that the footrest feels cheap. The detachable lumbar massage attachment works fine, although it's a little odd that it's just a USB wire with no wall plug. Support is coming from a Gmail account so I'm not sure about the legitimacy of it. ... show more

    • DOES NOT ROCK!!! The chair is comfortable, but it does not rock as advertised.
The description claims the chair has "20 degree rocking" feature; it does not. The chair can be adjusted to different recline heights, but it has to be set to a recline and then locked in place. Major disappointment for me. The vibrating lumbar is OK, but the chair has to be plugged into a wall outlet for that to work. Makes the feature kind of unusable b/c the cord continuously gets stuck in the wheels of the chair. I don't even plug mine in anymore. Also, I used the extending leg supports once when I put the chair together, but its not really practical for use on a regular basis. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because the chair is actually comfortable, but all the features either don't work as advertised or are more trouble than they are worth. ... show more

I've spent a couple hundred hours in this chair. It's great for the price. You won't confuse it with a $600 chair, but it won't kill your back or butt. Sturdy enough for me at 250lb without issue. Good buy.

Very comfortable chair for working from home. Reclining function is very smooth, and the foot rest is great. However the massage pillow is not as powerful as it should be. Overall this is a good chair for someone who has to spend whole day in front of computer.
