KEEP IN MIND WHEN READING THIS, I'm disabled. If you don't want to take the time to read this review just know that this is the chair you want. I've had two back surgeries, one a fusion L3-L5S1, my left foot and ankle were literally mutilated by a surgeon and I have tumors growing through my body that has me constantly in for surgeries. First of all, this has to be one of the easiest ANYTHING I've ever assembled and it took less than 30min. About the one star reviews, to the guy who posted the video, the steel plate SLIDES INTO the pocket formed there, it isn't supposed to screw on to the outside. This whole thing could've been avoided by just glancing at the INSTRUCTION MANUAL. The pictures really tell the story there. To the lady complaining about the levers, I'm 5'4" and DISABLED and have absolutely not problem reaching and successfully using both levers. Now, I did have a little help from my husband, he brought the box in from outside and helped hold the back of the seat in place when I was screwing in the steel bar, however if he hadn't been here to help I could've easily accomplished this by just tilting the chair over at an angle. This seems like common sense to me, but maybe not for some. The padding on this chair is AMAZING and incredibly comfortable. I'm extremely sensitive to padding and this feels great. It doesn't sink a lot when either of us sit in it and the padding on the pull-out footrest is great as well! If this changes I'll be the first to come back and edit this review. Footrest doesn't feel "flimsy" but if you tried to sit two people on it I'm sure you could get it to break so don't do that. The fit and finish are impeccable and appear to be very easy to clean. No weird smells, no residues (didn't need the gloves provided, but thank you for including those), all screws were easy to identify and screwed in beautifully. All holes lined up perfectly and the arms aren't wobbly even a little. The back pillow is fun. Not just "On/Off" but has 5 differed options and feels great. I likely won't use this function a lot but the pillow is also soft and feels great just supporting my lower back. I think anyone could lean back and comfortably take a nap in this chair, or just lean back to stretch out. I read a lot about these chairs being able to tip forward easily but neither my hubby or I could get it to even wobble forward, and believe me, we tried. I would recommend this chair to anyone I like or love in a heartbeat. I took days to research which chair would be the best so I'll save you the time and tell you to get this one. It is less expensive than most others, has better padding, a larger seating area (both of us can easily sit cross-legged without discomfort) and it arrived a day earlier than promised. GREAT CHAIR!!     • Manufacturer-set structural issue that makes chair impossible to assemble - SEE VIDEO

The media could not be loaded. A few things: 1) The chair looks great and seems very comfortable - the issue is that it cannot be assembled 2) I have assembled lots of furniture in my life and am not new to this -- I am confident this issue is a factory-set problem. Judging from all the other positive reviews on here, I'm assuming I got a faulty piece. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star review -- aside from the fact that I obviously cannot assemble this chair -- is because I see no way of contacting the seller to let them know about my issue. It's crazy because I see everyone else on here talking about how they easily contacted the seller Healgen, yet I see no option to contact the seller here on Amazon. Even the 'Ask the seller' a question button takes me to a chatbot that Amazon setup on behalf of Healgen, and is incredibly unhelpful. ... show more

I just put it together and sat down to write this review, so I'll update this after a few months. First Impression is it is very wide and comfortable. I am 6'6" tall and the top of the headrest comes to just under my the back of my head. Basically hits the little soft spot under the back of your head. I do have to lean back a bit to actually hit it, but it's to be expected. It has good upper back support, lumbar support is nice. Haven't tried out the massager yet, so can't comment on that. I am a pretty wide person, definitely topping out the maximum weight (Instructions say 300 lbs)... the arm rests touch my sides but it's not too tight. Unless you are well above the max weight, width should NOT be an issue. Padding is very nice and thick on the seat, back and armrests. It is very comfortable. The footrest is useless. Feel like I'm going to fall forward when using it. But, I had no intention of using it anyway and I imagine they all have the same kind of issue. Assembly was easy enough, instructions could have been more clear in a few spots (which way to attach the iron bar to the back) but no worse than anything else you have to put together. One weird note, it looks MUCH bigger in pictures than it does in reality. I can't explain it. I look at it, take a picture from the same perspective, look back... and the picture makes it look wider.     • Great for long days on the computer
This is now my all time favorite desk/gaming chair. In truth I’m not much of a gamer, but I need a better chair for our home office. I’m just over 6’ tall so it’s hard for me to find high back chairs, but this chair fits like a dream. There are easy adjustments to make for height, tilt and lock, as well as arm rest height and toe-in and out. It took my 12-year-old son less than an hour together to assemble and the only tricky part was attaching the back. Once he set the chair on its side it was easy for him manage. The leather like material has a thick,soft and durable feel to it. The stitching looks even and on point. There are no loose or frayed threads. Overall the chair looks and feels amazing. After about 40 hours of use, I’m convinced this is a great find. ... show more
