Received yesterday and took 3 twice today. Last night my legs (which hurt every night) did not hurt at all At night I couldn't straighten my legs without going in extreme slow motion and hurting!!! I wanted to wait to post my review but I just couldn't! Also in the mornings I have trouble getting my legs started. This morning I popped right up!! I wonder if I can post another review after a week I workout, play Pickleball at least 4 x a week, 3 hours each. Rough on the body. But this, just after one day has totally amazed me ... show more

Quick and natural pain relief but after a few days it caused heartburn. I read this doesn't happen with everyone but it did with me. If it does, you might want to take half the dose and see how you do.

    • Did Not Help my Back Arthritis
I tried it for 4 days and the pain kept getting worse. I had high hopes this. So I went back to what I had used before: 1) Below the knee brace by BEACTIVE for Sciatica pain, lower back and hip. Works like acupuncture without the needles. 2) And 3 pills of Turmeric twice a day. And I’m pain free again. You should really try the BEACTIVE below the knee brace. It really works for me. But I have to wear the knee brace 24/7. I was trying to avoid the brace and all the Turmeric I take. A Naturopathic doctor told me to take that many Turmeric pills and they do help about 75% of taking the pain away. But it wasn’t until I put the BEACTIVE brace on that totally took the pain away. I was bed ridden until I went on the Turmeric. And it wasn’t until I put the brace on that I was 100% pain free. I just did not want to wear a brace 24/7 and take all the Turmeric pills. I had such high hope for the Heal-N-Sooth pills to do work, but no such luck. ... show more

I signed up for the "free" bottle ($9.95 shipping and handling) from the manufacturer - which automatically enrolls you in their auto-ship subscription service. I also ordered a bottle here. I finished the first, about 3/4 through the second, and received my third as part of my subscription. There has been no improvement in my low back pain. In fact I've had a few really bad days since I've been taking them - not implying they caused it, just that they haven't done anything to make it better. I have also experienced heartburn and extreme gastrointestinal cramping after taking the pills. Others have mentioned to take them with plenty of water and don't lie down afterwards, at least for 30-45 minutes. I've found that I still get the heartburn even if I don't lie down. The pills are very expensive, especially given the number you are instructed to take daily. And, while this doesn't apply directly to Amazon purchases, I will say that the company and marketing seems very 'scammy'. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be bombarded by marketing emails full of up-sells and "but wait, there's more" offers. Completely diminishes any credibility you might have thought the company had. Ugh! I gave it 2 stars because apparently it does help some people who can tolerate the side effects and over the top marketing. The only way these could possibly help my back pain is by making my wallet lighter. Very disappointed. Yet another pain relief dead-end. EDIT: I canceled my subscription, and initially thought I'd be stuck with the unused pills. But after contacting the company and telling them about my experience and the side effects I had, they gave me a refund on the 3rd auto-shipped bottle. ... show more
