"Lab tested" means nothing unless you see the results! The ACTUAL results of this is that the product is a scam: it SAYS "5,000 FU", actual content is 109 FU!!! You are reading that right, 109 FU. Also, the label claims it's "liposomal", meaning that a fatty coating prevents the capsule from dissolving prematurely. Yet in the ingredients list there IS no fatty liposomal content! Have taken this brand for months, a total waste of money. Look for Danny Curtin 'Natural Informant' online and his guide to Nattokinase products. Amazon sells some great brands that are actually HIGHER than the stated content. Stay away from this brand. ... show more

I think they are helping. I have noticed that I seem to be gaining a little weight around the middle though. May not be caused by the natto but it started suddenly after taking these daily.

Anyone reading this review understands the benefits of taking Nattokinase every day. I don't want to get into the controversy surrounding the different reasons why people use it but what I am willing to say is I feel this particular product helped me. I got a lot better after i began using it and I plan to begin using it regularly soon for the other reasons people have always used it. But let me tell you... I felt pretty messed up physically and all of the symptoms I was struggling with cleared up. Please don't ask me what I used it for because I won't respond because I don't need the drama. I got this brand for the 5,000 FU dosage. Most research I've read uses 6,000 to 12,000 FU to obtain cardiovascular benefits. I take one capsule with lunch and another with dinner. They're easy to swallow, have no odor or taste, and digest with no problems. A bottle of 120 doesn't cost much, and it lasts me 60 days. ... show more
