Doctors want you to believe you need acid neutralizing drugs that cause harm. But for people that don't produce enough stomach acid like me this product is a blessing. I had terrible acid reflux also have hiatus hernia, I started to take this product during the day with food worked great. But during the night lying down the acid came up and the burning woke me up. So I tried to take 1 capsule of this product without food before sleep, it worked like a charm. Now I can sleep.

The best on the market if you have eaten something heavy in fat and cannot digest it. I do not have a gall bladder. Avoid eating fatty food at al costs. But sometimes it just happens. Too greasy tuna salad or steak. It comes to rescue.

No gallbladder and after my first dose I am absolutely amazed at these enzymes. No bloating, burping, or gassy feeling! I have suffered since 2005 after my gallbladder removal with digestive issues that have lead to many other problems. Hoping this only continues to get better and improve some of my other problems and symptoms as well! I am also usually hungry after only about 30 minutes of consuming my meals and after only 1 dose of this I am not. I took 2 capsules about 30 minutes prior to eating. I look forward to seeing how these help after taking this entire bottle. I will post an updated review at that time. Thank God for these! Update: I have PCOS and am pre-diabetic. These enzymes have lowered my sugar drastically! My mother who is also diabetic has also lowered her sugar and helped her acid reflux!

Didn't get paid or a free bottle. Just tried these as I have many many other kinds of pro/pre biotics, enzymes, and digestive aids for my lactose intolerance, chronic constipation, heart burn, and indigestion. I used to take lactaid. But I still felt so sick if I'd eat something too greasy or fried. I don't have to take the lactaid anymore and this helps with the other foods. The first one I've tried that made a very obvious difference. Definitely worth it! I've signed up for the subscribe and save.

This is a great brand but don’t mess around with Betain HCL. I was told I have low stomach acid due to an autoimmune condition, which may be true, but after taking this as directed I experienced horrible acid reflux I’ve never had before. Now several days later I'm still suffering.
