I got this specifically to listen to books at night as I go to sleep. This does serve that purpose. However, it’s not quite as I expected. The description says small, and this is indeed SMALL. I probably have an average size head for a woman, and this is certainly small. it works, but if my head were any larger or if I had thick hair, it could be more problematic. The headphones connected with my Bluetooth, no problem. It did pop up as “ear pods“ ON MY IPhone and that description might not be Completely accurate But it worked. It’s going to take some getting used to pressing the buttons on the front of headband, but I’m sure I will get used to it. The description refers to this as a headband and it can also be used as a sleep mask. That is the purpose that I use it for. It blocks most of the light - there is a tiny bit of light along the nose, but that doesn’t surprise me. I would really need a size medium in this, but it was not available. It was available only as a small. Otherwise, I think it’s serviceable. As a night sleep mask it’s not the greatest but again it’s serviceable.

This headband with built in headphones is very comfortable to wear as a sleep and the sound is so much better than I imagined! They were easy to pair with my iPhone, and the charge lasts all night. I like hat this can be worn as either a sleep mask to block out light or as a headband for the gym or just working around the house to my favorite playlists!

I bought this sleeping headphones because I sometimes have trouble sleeping,I have to listen to rain and other white noise for falling asleep easier,it do the job well.The sound quality is as expected with these headphones. Very easy to pair with my phone.Surprisingly nice headband,I don't regret this purchase at all! Highly recommend people who struggling with sleep to get this sleep headphones. The range is good,too .I can go to another room and still be connected. I never lose connection when I walking outside and listening to online music.

This headband is lightweight and comfortable. Sound quality is really decent, totally exceeded my expectations!!! I’m a side sleeper and there was no discomfort at all when I slept on my side. I can pull the headband down over my eyes to aid in a faster fall asleep. Unlike other headbands, this one comes with velcro, so I can adjust the size as I want. Bluetooth works with any devices. It's easy to take out the headset and wash it, and also easy to get it back in.

I love this sleep headset because I can connect it to my meditation App and fall asleep while meditating. It's exactly what I need and with my small head, no slip off when I wear this headband. I've tried so many earbuds, they always hurt my ears when I lay on my side, there is no ear pain while I wear this sleep headband to sleep, so it's a great alternative. I really like this product and highly recommend it for small head circumferences.
