This company provided me with superior customer service and IMO quality, easy to assemble, stylish, and durable outdoor furniture. This company immediately sent me out a replacement table, due to damage on shipment, asking no questions, and did not require me to return the damaged unit. I had ordered an outdoor patio table plus six chairs. The table, which came in its own shipping box, arrived with significant damage. It had one small crack, one chipped leg, and the interior frame was badly stressed/warped and the table corners did not align flush and could not be fixed by manually trying to align the corners. Since I paid a little over $1,000.00 for the set, I was distressed and immediately checked the Amazon policy for returns. Amazon told me that I had to go through the seller and not Amazon for a return, replacement, or refund and Amazon provided an easy link to send an email message to the company. Amazon stated that the company was required, under Amazon policy, to respond to an email within two days, so I sent an email asking for a replacement or refund. The company responded in two hours, not two days, apologized for the damage, although I think the table was damaged during shipment, not production, and they told me they were sending out a replacement table immediately, did not require me to send in the damage unit or provide photos, and to contact them if any further problems. The replacement unit came in fairly quickly, the table and chairs were IMO easy to assemble, seems very durable, and look great! This is, IMO, old fashion superior customer service and quality product, and in this day and age, is quite impressive, and quite rare.

I purchased 4 chairs for my outside dining area. They are amazing. Very durable, easy to assemble, easy to clean, and look great. I did have one small issue with one of them and the customer service was nothing like I have ever experienced before, and in this day & age, excellent reply, took care of the issue, very respective, timely and understanding. I highly recommend this product and company. (And, I am one of those people that never write reviews, and this was such exceptional service so posting a review.)

I purchase 6 of these armed chair in black for a new patio I was furnishing. Upon receiving them and opening the carton I was impressed with how well they were packaged and how easy they where to unpack. As I removed the components to make up the chairs I could tell that this chair was well made and made with quality materials. After removing JUST the 4 components for a chair with arms, the ease and simplicity of assembling them was quite a nice surprise, it toke just a few minutes to complete the assembly and when they were finished they look amazing. The texture of the wood grain is substantial and the entire design and appearance of the chair was attractive and more than I expected. I must also comment on how comfortable they are as well, myself and a few of my friends have back issues and they mentioned to me out of the blue how nice is was to sit on a patio chair for a nice length of time without any of their issues. These chairs are comfortable, attractive and will add a beautiful appearance to any out door deck or patio.

This patio set was even better than I expected. It is good quality, sturdy, and heavy. This is the perfect set for harsh Florida weather. It was easy to put together and everything I needed was in the box (no missing or broken parts/hardware). I also have to say that their customer service is excellent. I was concerned because I received the table only and the shipment was marked as fulfilled, so I contacted them regarding the status of the chairs. They responded quickly and assured me they were on the way and provided me with tracking numbers for all of the chairs. They even followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I am so happy with the product and customer service that I am going to order bar chairs from them soon. Don’t think twice, this is a great purchase!

After building numerous patio sets and furniture, this goes down as one of the easiest to assemble but also feels like it may be the sturdiest, too. The set was well packaged. The only complaint was the time of delivery. All pieces will arrive at different times (which the seller informs buyers of ahead of time). One of my chairs was lost in transit, at no fault of the seller, but they were quick to remedy this and immediately sent another replacement. Kudos to customer service! I look forward to this low maintenance set that feels like very high quality.

These seemed like quality chairs looking at the pieces and I was very pleased until I went to put it together. There is significant misalignment on one of the arm holes. I’d say 1/4” off. 1/4” is a lot considering the design and fit of the chair. Seems like a manufacturing mistake they did not want to fix. I am able to it and get the chair together but I would not buy them again! I now see I should have been suspicious of only a few reviews, all 5 star :-(
