Great ladder. But due to it being so big amazon sent it through the post office. And i had to pick it up from there. I was a little upset due to it being heavy and i didnt recieve it within 2 days as stated. So i will no longer buy big merchandise for amazon. I will just go throught WalMart.

Screw holes do not match up, 0n one of the stabilizer bars. It would have been a 5 star if not for that. And what has happened to Amazon's customer service, it was great. But now if you have a problem, that fit the program you have way to fix it.

It is lighter than our little giant, tradeoff is that it doesn't feel as sturdy. It does a lot, is light, and wasn't super expensive. Kinda baffling all the ways it can be configured. It comes with a 'owners manual' (in English) with pictures of different configurations (many things like this do not come with any thing showing how it can be used so it is months before you learn from someone else something else it can do.) Arrived in good shape and the additional pieces (leg supports, planks, paint tray) at the same price as others was bonus. We are contractors and having a little giant and this in our ladder collection means we have more options to get to the hard to reach areas. We recently got another ladder with extensions for leveling built in, I wish this had them, we always seem to be on un-level ground. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ladder extends over 15 feet. Sturdy climbing it. Very easy to adjust and fold up for storag has paint, tool, screw holder tgat attaches to a rung of tge ladder. Took caps off bittom of each ebd and used our metric tools to put stablizer bar on. 10 mm size. ReMinds ne of magic when you can loosen the sides and make it for staging ladder for painting. Then you place sheets on that section so you can walk across it. Very happy with this ladder, great value for the price. ... show more

This ladder didn’t last but a couple hours until the main locking mechanism broke. It was very difficult to figure out how to get it to stay in the lock position. I put it to the side that day, as we didn’t have time to mess with it on the job site. Later in the day, I figured I’d give it another shot. As soon as I went to lock it in position, the main locking mechanism broke on the top. Not even a full day on the job site! It sat around for a month as I didn’t want to mess with the return. I was looking for an affordable ladder that wouldn’t take up too much space in my RV. This fits the bill. I’m 6’1” 200 pounds. It’s definitely a bit wobbly but I am not afraid of it collapsing while I’m on it.

This ladder is of good quality and strong. People stand up very steadily and can't shake back and forth! It is relatively light and will not take up a lot of space! It locks and unlocks easily. Easy to move. It is a great product all around! It is what they say it is!! Definitely recommend
