I purchased one of these (5-step with railing) for my daughter at her home and another (5-step with railing) for my wife and I at our house. Far easier than a traditional ladder to stand on when doing work (painting, installing a ceiling fan, etc) for any amount of time. Easy to assemble and use. Folding is easy with the top step hand latch. Stores in the same space as a traditional folding ladder - but easier to move around. Our primary usage of these is indoors. I have also used ours outdoors - but there you need something under the feet or they will easily push into the ground. I also bought a three step version for access to storage in the kitchen. Highly recommend this product and the company.

I have deep narrow kitchen cabinets and I am short. You pull the step stool out of a box that comes ready to use it's strong it's sturdy you just pull it open and click it's perfect it fits nicely nice and slim it folds up nicely in a space between my refrigerator and my cupboards I don't have to run out to the garage to get a higher step stool it's right there in the kitchen all the time. I just needed it for something simple like this I have another one that I use I keep in the garage for other things but this is a strong sturdy step stool that can be used for anything but it is very easy to tuck away in a small space like I said strong sturdy it's a great buy I think everybody will be happy with this!

I needed a durable secure ladder to use outside. As a 72 year old woman than putts up our Christmas lights and manages all the blink and ring cameras, I wanted and needed to feel stable, safe and secure working up over 13 feet in the air. Worth the 5 step ladder, the width of the steps along with the rails and extended handrail at the top makes this my favorite and only ladder I will use outside. It came undamaged and was simple for the 2 of is to assemble in about 10 minutes. My husband was so pleased that he encouraged me to buy the 4 step ladder which I did. It is also wonderful and allows me to easily and safely do all the decorating and cleaning for our 9 foot ceiling. Highly recommend this brand.

This 3-step seems very strong for such a light weight. (It is to replace a very heavy two-step which is just not high enough for 5'4" me.) Now, I can reach top of cupboards and curtain rods with ease. The handbar grip is nice feature, saves the hand and shins! Even standing on the upper step, the frame feels very secure and sturdy. Totally pleased, would buy again.

The stepladder seems sturdy enough, but the instructions and illustrations are very poor, especially for people who do not assemble too many items. For those unfamiliar with the assembly of items such as this, here are some tips: 1. Unfold the ladder as directed and push the top step down until it locks in place. 2. Take out the two steel washerswhere the railing goes either with your finger or pointed item. They pop right out. 3. Take the handle and push it into the two holes where you just removed the washers. 4. Push down on the handle until it is completely inserted and the hole on the handle matches the hole on the side of the ladder. 5. There are two bolts of equal size. Take one bolt and place it in the side hole of the handle. Then take one of the smallest bolts ( 6 are used) and insert it into the other side of the bolt that you just placed into the handle. Hand tighten. Then, take the two supplied allen wreches and tighten the bolt by turning clockwise with one wrench while holding the other side with the other allen wrench inserted in the smaller bolt. 6. Use the same procedure for the other side of the handle. 7. Take one side of the handrails (they are marked right and left), and match it to the holes on the side. Take one of the larger screws (there are four) and place it in the hole. Then take another smaller bolt and place it on the other side of the handrail into the bolt that you just inserted. Tighten with the allen wrenches as you did for the handle. 8. Follow the same procedure for the second handrail. 9. If desired, take the tool bag and stretch it on top of the stepladder frame. 10. You are done! 11. To fold the stepladder, simply push up the top step to release the lock and fold it up to place where you will store it. I hope these instructions helpyou. Never felt so secure on a ladder- side handrails!! Seriously didn’t know there was such a thing- super wide (deep) foot steps! On a ladder!!! - STURDY and only 23 pounds- I’m 75 and even I can move it and easily open it- love the tray because it has deep areas that hold on to nails, paint can or other tools so they don’t roll off while you are working on your project. The feet have rubber covers that don’t scratch my hard wood floors and are non slip, the steps are textured so your feet don’t slip, and IT’S PINK!!!! They thought of everything I could ask for- oh yeh—-IT’s PINK- love it!!!

Heavy Duty, Well built, and reliably sturdy perfect for home use maintenance & DTY projects... I recently bought this step ladder on Amazon for my wife and me to use at home around our to replace light bulbs or clean our ceiling fans, air vents, etc. At first my wife was highly skeptical that this home use product would actually be as s well made and securely sturdy as advertised, because we are both kind of heavy set people and it's hard to find reliably safe and sturdy products that will soundly support our body weight without eventually failing, even for people a good bit less than 500 lbs. but over 200 lbs. So, she and I tried it out fand found this little sturdy made step ladder was strong enough to support our body weight without any catastrophic failures or fall risks for extended periods of time. I wanted a step ladder with more steps and something to hold on to this is good. It’s a little tight to start to pull closed but I think it’s getting easier the more I use it. I found nothing this size at any local stores. So glad to have found this I would purchase again.
