Never felt so secure on a ladder- side handrails!! Seriously didn’t know there was such a thing- super wide (deep) foot steps! On a ladder!!! - STURDY and only 23 pounds- I’m 75 and even I can move it and easily open it- love the tray because it has deep areas that hold on to nails, paint can or other tools so they don’t roll off while you are working on your project. The feet have rubber covers that don’t scratch my hard wood floors and are non slip, the steps are textured so your feet don’t slip, and IT’S PINK!!!! They thought of everything I could ask for- oh yeh—-IT’s PINK- love it!!!

I'm absolutely terrified of heights but this contraption makes me feel like I could fly .. I can go all the way up to the top step!! Feels very strong and secure, the wide steps help with that and the guard rails do too. I got pink and it is so adorable .. perfect for a construction barbie :)

Wife ordered pink--screams loud pink. The steps are flimsy if position feet on edges. Good for simple in house tasks. Would not use with heavy equipment or trimming trees. Takes some 15' to assemble. Made in China like many products--quality assurance and longevity of use always in question.

I put this ladder together myself using painters tape to hold the handles in place while putting in and tightening the screws. If not for the painters tape I would have had to have another person hold them in place. No use tying someone up when I can complete the project myself! It is very sturdy proving me (67 y/o female) peace of mind when using it. This ladder is a blessing! I told my niece, "Women of a certain age don't give up, they modify!" I am extremely independent and appreciate having safety first.

I bought it because of weight limit and handles on side. Reg ladder I'm scared of but these handles for some reason make me feel more secure. Its big. But I keep it on my front porch my house is small.

My wife is 5’2” and likes to paint our inside walls. Our 8’ ladder is heavy and awkward for her to move around. This step ladder is lighter and easy to set up. The hand rails provide more security and the deep steps are more comfortable for painting projects that require hours of standing and stepping up and down. It’s perfect for her and I have used it for quick tasks. However, I will say that at 185 lbs, I feel better with using my heavy duty aluminum ladder.

I would really love this ladder if the steps were a bit larger and not so steep. Other than those 2 things it's a decent ladder.
