Great Purchase. I purchased the Hawk 250DLX. Delivery was fast, 4-5 days and it was at my door. The carrier (R &L carriers) was very nice and helped me move it to my shop. Everything was packaged in a sturdy container with plenty of cushion to protect it. The company sent video links to assemble which were helpful. Assembly is pretty easy. Took about 2 hours and 1 person can do it but 2 is better to put the wheel on if you don’t have a bike Jack. I put fresh gas in after all assembly and it fired right up. I’ve only ridden it a short distance but all seems well. The company stayed in contact with me before delivery and have answered me right back after to ship my registration documents. Really liked the bike but it had problems right away with the engine surging. I replaced the seats in the fuel injector and it help a little, but after a month, the timing chain broke when I was driving it. So now, I'm left with repairs. Any buyer should consider getting the extended protection plan. ... show more

Looks as avertised and easy too assemble, only note is finding information for aftermarket parts for this bike is a little hard due too the slight diffrences from the non upgraded version and that this is efi. Very short gearing will have you wanting too gear up the motercycle very soon but all around a very good bike for its price too get and learn on, just go over every bolt with some locktight. Will leak fule if you tip the bike more than 45 degrees but you can ride it pretty rough. Most breaking in feels like it happens in the first 75 miles so do check your oil withing that time frame. ... show more

Kinda of Leary about ordering this , due to a friend who had problems with another company. Ordered the hawk 250. Within 5 days shows up at my driveway . After unpacking my son helped put it together, Fired right up. Highly recommend this bike and company. I’m older and tall larger person. Bike full size with plenty of power. ... show more

    • Terrible Clutch.
The only problem I have is the clutch. It's shifts clunky and sticks between gears. I've spent more than enough time trying to adjust.

    • The wheel is tough, and make to your speedometer is on before screwing back on.
The customer service, only 1 out of 5 people spoke any English or could understand me. 2 hang ups cause they couldn't understand english? Wth? Guys? Gear is cranky and wants to stick, in gears. However; took me a week to get it together. Cause the front brakes didn't work on it. I had to buy a new brake line and reservoir. There was mud and dirt inside the edge of it. Cause they had overdriven the screw, so much. I drilled it. It was ok. Replaced screws,cleaned it. Then it still not worked. So I checked the line. It was installed incorrectly by them, twisted the wrong way and crimped. So I let the crimp out. Then realizes it worked better. But then went back to loose pulling the lever. So, I checked the line it was rubbed off. Cause of them installing it ,completely upside down and on the inside of the wheel. I won't show the pics. Amazon is stealing my info ! So? The instructions were mostly wrong models of hawk or 10 year old videos. I didn't have too assemble the all electric in front, the brake line,the big bolt (in the back) of bike,Clutch I had to fenders, front wheel, seat, handlebars, flush oil and brake lines out(mandatory to do).or it won't run right ! I don't like that I have to use zipties on it. In spots that they need to measure better in the factory. If they had it would be fine. Hardest was putting the wheel on. Get an extra set of hands and a motorcycle jack. Get the full-size if possible. It'll be worth it. Longterm. Otherwise I love it. I've had it since July 3rd.2026. Still waiting on the, mco paperwork. Wow, I was seriously surprised by this bike For the price, I was expecting something pretty rough around the edges, honestly. But the build quality is decent, and it handles surprisingly well on the road. I'm having so much fun ripping around on this thing, it's a total blast! It definitely exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone on a budget. It's a great cheaper option for a person who wants to rip around on some trails but not give up on riding on the roads as well. You can hop on this bad boy and go just about anywhere. Now I haven't really tested the longevity of the bike just yet but the build quality seems legit and I dont think there's going to be any problems. ... show more
