I got this anti slip tape for a homemade slant board for my squatting. The angle is around 27 degrees so it helps to have this tape on the board so you have good traction when doing squats. The only issue I've had is during the summer when using in direct sunlight the tape will start to move a little when stepping on it. Other than that this tape is affordable and works good.

We have used this for many years, to start with I put it in the "Litter boxes" for my old puppies IT KEEPS THE PADS IN PLACE...I use it UNDER THE RUGS IN THE BATHROOMS, I stick it to the tile floor and it keeps the rugs from "walking thru the bathroom"... and on the Camper steps to keep us and dogs from slipping...This stuff is fantastic!
