I got this dinner to replace the ones that we originally have. I had flowers on them and I gotta say that I really love the idea of the ridge on the dinner plates that makes a big difference for us. We have little kids and they use regular plates, even though they’re young and so far we haven’t had any problems with them breaking or chipping, but they can actually get a lot of food on the plate and use that little lip to help them get food off the plate and it just really works out that way so I think it’s perfect. I am noticed that they are a little heavy, so just be careful with that because if you drop them heavily on each other when you’re putting them away, I’m sure they’ll break but we haven’t had any issues and we are pretty rough with our dishes so that’s a huge plus

This stoneware dinnerware set has a simple, modern look that I really like. The pieces feel well made and have a nice weight to them, and the subtle ribbed texture gives them a more upscale appearance. The neutral color should work with just about any kitchen or dining room. My only concern is that the bottoms are unglazed and fairly rough. While I understand that's common with stoneware, I'm worried they could scratch a wood table or other delicate surfaces if they're slid around. Using placemats or lifting the dishes instead of sliding them may help, but it's something to be aware of. My reason for taking a star off. Overall, this is an attractive, sturdy set that seems like it will hold up well with everyday use. Microwave and dishwasher safe makes them easy to use. If the rough bottoms aren't an issue for you, it's a nice value.

These dishes are so pretty! I love the speckled ivory finish it actually looks more white to me, and it has a simple, elegant style that goes with just about any kitchen. The pieces are on the heavier side, which I actually like because they feel durable and well made rather than fragile. They stack nicely, and the set includes the essentials for everyday meals. The manufacturer states they’re dishwasher and microwave safe, although I personally hand wash my dishes. They’re also advertised as chip- and scratch-resistant, and so far I haven’t noticed any scratches or signs of wear. I’m honestly really happy with this set. My only regret is that I only got a set for four we’re a family of five, and I wish I had enough for everyone!

These arrived in good condition. Packed tightly to minimize and damage. They are however in my opinion, overpriced. They are offered here from a distributor and I can find no manufacture origin. The makers mark on the bottom is just a word. "Stoneware" is not a manufacture. It is a word to describe the ceramic material. They are nicely glazed throughout. Aside from the bottom lip that contacts the table being rough and unfinished these would make acceptable dinnerware. I have used these in the microwave to re-heat leftovers, and they have no problems in the dishwasher but they are not designed for the oven. The sides are straight and different from what we may be traditionally used to so while they are good for many dishes and salads you prepare it may be challenging to consume soup or cereal from the high rimmed bowls. Overall while they are very nice looking and what i received looks much like what is shown in the images I just do not see the value in this set. Cheers

This dinnerware it comes with 12 pieces, 4 large plates, 4 small plates and 4 straight sided bowls. They are an off white color which is nice though some may think it's too plain. I believe the white allows the food you place on it to shine as opposed to taking the eyes away from it. These are thick dishes which are both dishwasher and microwave safe. They're easy to clean and I feel with how they're made that they should last a good while. It says they are scratch resistant so far that's been true. For the money this is a good set that should last a while while looking good the whole time.
