I've had two capsules a day, and the amount of hair I lose in the shower has gone down from the previous uncountably high amount to ~2-3 now. My hair is much less thin and it pulled out/falls out much less easily. My stress about my hair has gone down greatly. After 1 bottle the stream improved. I stopped taking Tamasulin and it even got better. The 900mg is the way to go. I also take a cranberry extract with it. Quality product.

These didn't work out for me as they made me feel off - a little queasy. Someone else tried them (and had another bottle of their own) and they didn't have the queasy feeling -though they didn't really notice anything different after taking this bottle and the bottle they already had -- very hard to tell with supplements, which is why I don't really like taking supplements other than the things I know well and have been taking for a long time, such as those made by Nature Made or Vital Proteins. I'd rather just keep taking my collagen as that not only may help with my hair, skin, and bones, but it also helps with joint stiffness and pain.
