Received the mixer (in green - nice) on Sunday the 4th. After looking over it and deciding I had not made a mistake in purchasing this lovely machine, I made bread. Loved that the mixer is quiet and powerful enough. I had wanted to purchase a KitchenAid as I had some leftover attachments from previous purchases but this Hauswirt seemed like a contender and I am very pleased with this. I will be exploring other recipes and learning more about the machine as time goes by. By the way, the bread was not a disappointment. Will be making more. Oh, don't forget the lighting - so helpful and a great feature.

The color on this machine is really pretty. It comes with all your basic tools needed to use the machine and a transparent top cover to prevent flour or any powder from getting everywhere. It's very smooth to use once you get used to it. I'm used to the kitchen aid mixer that lets you roll the top up and down instead of flipping the switch so the top tilts back. Really like that the paddle attachment came with a rubber side to be able to scrape the sides by itself. Overall, I think the machine is great, but need to see how long it'll last. The one downside is that the box it came in was all smashed up and dented, which could cause damage to the machine. Thankfully nothing happened to mine. The price is also on the high side for it not being a brand name, but I'd say give it try. The machine also has a light when turned on, which I thought was pretty cool.

This mixer is really great. Its very easy to use. Very easy to clean. It does really well with anything I've put in it so far. Cake batter, Cookie dough, and pancake mix. Its made mixing so much easier in my kitchen and once I'm done I simply wash it all up and put it back into my kitchen storage closet to free up counter space. Really appreciate the ease of use and utility of this stand mixer.

I have nothing but good things to say about this mixer as it is so well engineered, powerful and easy to use. At first I was skeptical about the electronic controls and seemingly complicared operation but actually it is as twisting a dial for speed and touching a button to mix anything. If you want to get complicated...the LED display and controls will let you control speed (11 speeds and powerful) and time (up to 30 minutes) and walk away with a couple more button touches, It is heavy at 16 pounds, but assuming you'll find a permanent place for it, that is not an issue. The silicone suction cups will hold it in place on any counter and it runs so quietly you can have a normal conversation. The 5+ quart mixing bowl lock in place and you can use the feeder lid to add ingredients and keep the counter space clean. The clear lid is easily removeable and washable. The whisk and blade and dough hook are all heavy duty accessories and you CAN order and use the available meat grinder and pasta maker attachments from Amazon at $99 each. They attach to a fitting in the front of the mixer under the chromed plate. All the body materials and stainless are top quality and the green gives it a nice retro look in the kitchen. It's also worth mentioning that it comes with (surprise) a very well written and illustrated user manual that makes good reading and will be a good reference pamphlet for advanced feature use. I don't think we'll ever buy another mixer...and that's a good thing! Highly recommended.

I've been using this mixer consistently for about a week now and upon first use I wasn't IN LOVE but now I absolutely adore it. The smart screen feature is really neat and unlike a lot of it's competitors. It has quite a few attachments and each has there own setting that can easily be adjusted to meet your needs. I like that there is a pause/play button and that I can easily adjust the speed by the turn of a dial. It does have an auto stop if you life the head up in the middle of mixing which I like. The lever to raise and lower the mixer took some getting used to but overall I am really impressed with this mixer and it's performance.
