Bought these to use as all-purpose trimmers. I use them on my neck/jaw when I'm cutting my hair to trim my hairline, I use them on my beard and mustache, and I use them on my nether regions. They work great as face/head trimmers. The various heads and guards make it easy to get tight lines and the exact length you want. Battery life is excellent. About 60 minutes per charge. I charge it once every few weeks as I don't need to trim very much. The adjustable guard is mostly good. I wish it was a little more secure as it slides off very easily and feels kind of cheap. Great for beards, wouldn't trust it on my head . The foil body trimmer is not great. It WORKS, but you'll be going back and forth a LOT. The only reason I don't hate it is because it does eventually trim the hairs once it gets ahold of them and it hasn't nicked me yet so it works as a manscaping tool even if it's slow and a little tedious. I don't feel like buying a dedicated device just for my unmentionables so this does fine for the occasional tidy-up. If you are a regular trimmer you'll be disappointed with the performance but if you just want something you can trust around your twig and berries it works fine. Overall I'm happy for the price I paid. I'm sure Norelco and such perform a little better but they also cost 4 times as much. The little tray it comes with is neat, too. It holds most of the attachments and even the brush and oil.

If you're high-functioning autistic and maybe aren't even aware of it, this is the beard trimmer you're looking for. Used a Philips Norelco Bodygroom 7100 for about 6 years before the battery finally stopped holding a proper charge. Because Philips in their endless wisdom decided to stop producing what was quite literally the perfect trimmer and the only version of it that's still for sale on Amazon is $200, I spent weeks researching for a replacement. Hatteker is something of a no-name Chinese brand but for some reason higher quality than most. All I can say is I bought a second (maybe even a third) just to have, so when the batteries inevitably die in the future I won't have to continue looking for something else. Reason I mention being autistic is because I had some specific things I was looking for in a good trimmer and this checks all the boxes. If you second guess yourself looking for the best product to replace something you have and spend endless amounts of time researching, this won't disappoint for the following reasons: * Waterproof so it can be used in the shower * 1mm-10mm beard trimmer attachment with 0.5mm increments * Good battery life and somewhat accurate time left for use on display * Several other blades and attachments that are useful

Like many others, I imagine, I had never considered owning a pair of hair clippers when I could get my hair professionally cut for ~$20/month. However, that went out the window in March, 2020 and by April I was shopping for clippers. This set happened to be the one that I could get my hands on by May and had good reviews, so now I own it. The functionality of this clipper kit is quite good. It cuts my thick, wavy mane without complaint and I trimmed my legs just for fun. It is necessary to occasionally remove the guard and blow the hair out, but that's to be expected. The guards are functional, and the adjustable one is quite clever. The clipper charge relatively rapidly and have plenty of life for all but the most arduous of trimming adventures. The downside is really the instructions, if I can call them that. While clippers are somewhat self-explanatory, it would be nice for clipper newbs such as myself to have a key to the various attachments. The pictures in the Amazon listing are actually more useful than the instructions which show how to attach and remove the various heads and guards, but don't ever explain which is which. Another weakness, IMO, is that the sliding guard skips over some numbers like 3. If you want to fade from 4 to 1, you need to remove the adjustable attachment and go to the dedicated 3mm, then back to the adjustable. I'm not sure why it would be designed that way. Maybe it's just my lack of understanding. In any case, for these times that we live in, the price, and the functionality, I'm so far happy with these clippers.

I'm always skeptical about buying stuff online, but I'm impressed so far by this trimmer. I'm new to having a beard, and I wanted to keep it trim and neat, I hate an out of control beard, makes you look unkept, imho. So I gambled on this trimmer, mostly because it said water proof. Makes it easy to clean. I love it. It does everything it says it will do and more. Even the shaver attachment works well, and after buying a replacement blade for my Norelco, I'm glad it does, Norelco blades are garbage now, the new blade tore my face up, but this trimmers shaver glides like butter, no irritation and a pretty close shave. The attachments are easy to change out, and the charge so far has lasted 3 weeks, and that was straight out of the box, I haven't had to charge it yet. I definitely recommend this trimmer if you are like me and want your beard kept neat. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Well worth the money.
