This was SOOOO easy to use. Heavy duty and very sturdy. Plugged it in. Turned it on and press. The timer tells you when to release. It worked like a charm. This will be a huge money saver for our business. We ordered the patches for $8 each and the hats for $7 and sell these to promote our business.

This has worked great for my small shop. I don't press many hat patches so this is just right for my use. It evenly spreads the heat, the pressure adjustment work great, and the timer is also works as it should. The size doesn't require a lot of table space.
