The chair arrived earlier than expectations acted. It was fully charged and ready to use. The color is beautiful! The ride is smooth until you start turning. It takes some he time ing used to as you maneuver. Everything is EASY TO USE including charging. The chair is lighter than my last light weight one was. The seatbelt is longer than other chairs I have used in the past! Would recommend.

We got this for my dad who has difficulty walking long distances. It’s very easy to use. It was already put together. We just got it out of the box. It weighs around 50 lbs and will be easy to carry to appointments, etc. seat is very comfortable for sitting.

The media could not be loaded. It's advertised as all terrain, but it isn't, according to the manual, which is fine. The main goal for me was to be able to use it. It folds up nice, not incredibly heavy, and compact. The quality of it makes me feel like I'm actually in a chair that'll last for awhile, so that helps. The only thing I don't like about it is there not being a function to actually lower the volume of the sounds. There's a space between the speed level and control that it could've been placed, but maybe there's a reason for that function to not be there. Either way, it's still a really good thing for it being an "upgrade" according to Amazon. I also wish it could go manual, but still, design and logistics choice.

It is a comfortable, affordable chair for moderate use. It does fold but it is a little bit heavy and I am unable to lift it in & out of the vehicle on my own. It does slide a bit if on an incline but you just have to hit the controls to stop it. Has manual breaks as well. The one downside is we were hoping it could go into manual mode if the motor was switched off but there is no way to disengage and there is resistance when you push it. Ease to add modifications like phone/cell phone holder, umbrella, under storage and handle storage.

The media could not be loaded. I helped my 89 year old Mother by researching electric wheelchairs. She has a complete collapsed disc which could not be fused. This WC is a lifesaver! It was not as wide as some and so it fits well through the doors in her house. It is advertised as an upgraded version and should go 18+ miles on one charge. (We haven't tested that... at least not yet; lol) Still, she loves it and got the hang of it right away. It seems good quality to me and easy to put together with just a few things to connect. 5 stars... I'll update if there's changes.

The media could not be loaded. Great wheelchair! Sturdy and sleek just not sure if we’re not using the brakes correctly and they don’t stop the chair from rolling back but a tutorial would be helpful on how to use the wheelchair brakes other then that we feel it’s a safe and great buy!
