The bed was pretty easy to put together, I only needed a little help when it came to attaching the ends of the bed to the side of the frame, as the board is a little heavy and hard to keep steady with just one hand. It comes with the hex wrench, but doesn't come with a screw driver. So if you're getting this make sure you have a phillips screwdriver on hand. Also the instructions are a bit confusing. It's not a step by step, but instead just shows the full image, kind of similar to a complex Lego set. On top of all that, it didn't come with pre-drilled holes to put the boards in between the frame in, but the wood was soft enough to where I was able to screw them in with a basic screwdriver. The size is pretty good, it fit perfectly in my 10ft x 10ft room, and left plenty of space for me to fit in other pieces of furniture. The appearance of it is pretty nice, however the wood isn't stained evenly, so certain parts are darker than others. Overall the quality of the frame is good, and it holds up pretty well. The bed came withing 3 days of me ordering it and it only took me an hour total to put it together. So I'm pretty happy with that. It's good for the price, and overall I would recommend

My daughter loves her new “big-girl” bed. She’s nearly 3 and is just now transitioning out of a baby bed. The bed was relatively easy to assemble and seems sturdy, even under an adult’s weight. I like that the height is low enough that she can get in and out without risk of falling far. There’s still enough space beneath for storage, if you wanted. Overall, I feel like it’s a good value. We saw similar beds in furniture stores for nearly double the price. Obviously not highly expensive wood, but it seems strong enough for use as a kids bed for several years.

Bought this for my grandma‘s new place. Easy to assemble，light weighted but strong. quality is ok and so far she has no problem with it. the size of the bed frame head is a bit larger than expected so I would recommend getting a thicker mattress

The directions are bad, but I expected that for the price. I should probably have expected bad design too. It is so close to being decent. For starters, the wood has a lot of wood filler in gaps in the wood or where mistakes were made. This isn't a terrible problem, but it adds up with other issues which include: 1. side boards that do not meet in the middle and have play (wobble). The bed isn't going to fall over, but it makes me wonder if they cut corners on the wood glaze or stain that could make it toxic or something. 2. The major issue is that the legs in the middle of the side board stick out really far and have sharp corners on the top. Now imagine getting in or out of bed in the dark in the night and being a little kid. Or in the morning or anytime for that matter. This creates the real chance that you are going to have cuts and scrapes and bleeding. Not ideal. I think this is so the box the frame is shipped in is shorter and that saves on costs somewhere helping make it cheap, but it seems worth it to come up with a better way to smooth out or bevel or round the tops of the leg posts if that is the case. Or maybe put some sort of smoother cap without sharp edges. I literally threw out a crib that converted to a toddler bed for the same reason. My kid was injured from that design. This design is probably 3% less sharp than that one. I may just come up with a different side leg out of some scrap wood or put some sort of silicone or rubber pad over the sharp edge that sticks out, but really wish I didn't have to.

This bed is really nice for our daughter's first big girl bed. It was easy to put together, but the places where the screws/bolts are, there are no caps, so you can see all of the holes. Otherwise it's a very pretty bed. The other thing I have a problem with, is that a twin mattress seems too small for it. I bought the same mattress that my son has for his bed, and didn't have this problem with his frame, but there's a big gap at the headboard/foot of the bed.

My husband and I had been looking for a sturdy twin size bed for our 2.5 year old. Everything we had been looking at was out of our price range or took big for her tiny room. Our toddler had been sleeping with us for months and absolutely refused to sleep in her toddler bed anymore. We were desperate and stumbled upon this bed. For the price, we were a little skeptical. But we went for it. Our toddler loves this bed. It took us 30 minutes to put together and was relatively easy. The hardest part was the prep because there are a few more parts then expected. But since the bed has arrived, our toddler has slept in it all night without any fuss! She loves her big girl bed.
