Great fit and protective
Fits the echo perfectly! Much safer than tossing into a bag, and safe way to keep it in the ambulance. It does have a very strong gross chemical odor, but I just put scent beads inside for about 24 hours and now it smells great!

Good Protection
I purchased this case to protect my 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope while transporting it between work and home, and overall it does a good job. The outer shell is rigid enough to give me confidence that it will protect the stethoscope from accidental bumps, pressure inside a backpack, and everyday wear. The exterior material also seems resistant to scuffs, and the zipper operates smoothly without catching. Inside, the case keeps the stethoscope organized and prevents it from shifting around too much during transport. I appreciate that it's lightweight and compact, making it easy to slip into a work bag without taking up unnecessary space. It definitely provides much better protection than simply carrying the stethoscope loose.

This case was exactly what it claimed to be: a hard case for the 3M Littman stethoscope. I got one of these stereoscopes for my son when he got into medical school recently and decided he should have a hard case for it, since he'll be moving around a bit (relocating and traveling with it). He's happy with it!
