I love this bed cover. Installed it in minutes! I had a friend help me lift and lay the folded cover onto the truck bed near the cab (it weighs about 80 pounds). After setting the cover on the cab end of the truck bed, the rest was all me. Didn’t need any help. The mounting rods and brackets are built in to the bed cover! No assembly or tools required! I simply adjusted them to fit the width of my bed, then tightened them down to secure the bed cover to the bed. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. After pulling my truck back out into the driveway, it rained heavily. After the rain, I opened the tailgate and the bed was BONE dry. The built-in water tight seal did its job. I can’t wait to start putting things into the bed tomorrow. Everything should be safe and secure.

This bed cover looks really nice (attached pictures), is very sturdy and seems to hold quite a bit of weight. The installation process was a little tricky due to unclear installation instructions, but I was able to figure it out after reaching out to customer support. Their customer support was very responsive and helped me through the install process. After proper installation, folding it up and putting it back down was really easy. TLDR: Great design, looks great. Highly recommend.

Product came damaged. Fit nicely. Looks good . Just unsatisfied with the received product. Pretty sure it's shipping fault . It says fragile on the box but shipping company said whatever .. and didn't notice until I installed it. Installation as simpler than i.made it to be No tools needed ... directions were weird but easy ..I'm just not the best follower of Instructions anymore. ..uhhhh the damage is such an eyesore, however ,Customer Service is responsive and remedied appropriately. ..I would purchase another product as irs a clean fitting product. Prior to shipping c.s. reached out to confirm measurements were accurate to prevent any errors.

Cover is easy to install. No tools needed. I have Toyota Tundra with a rail system along top edge of bed. The top has fittings that slide into the rail system. I installed similar on a Chevy Silverado and clamps attached to under edge of top of bed. Looks great.

I bought this cover for my Tundra in October and installed it December 2. Unit arrived and didn’t appear damaged in any way. Set it aside and installed it a few weeks later. Upon first use, I heard a slight pop come from one of the hinges. I thought no big deal, applied a little lube and it seemed to help temporarily. It’s now approximately 4 months into service, and every time I fold the second panel back there is a very loud and distinct popping sound from the hinge and it is now starting to bend and deform (shown in photo). As it is getting progressively louder and harder to fold, I’m fully expecting it to snap apart at the hinge and become useless. Since Amazon only allows 30 day returns and Calffree has no website, I’m stuck with this pile of Chinese crap. Save yourself grief and buy something better from a retailer who sells and stands behind better products. I’m going to see if I can get an exchange, but it’s not looking good. Will update if/when my issue gets resolved. 4/25/2024: update Was able to contact the seller through Amazon, not directly. Although I was disappointed with the issue I had with this cover, once I was able to contact the seller they handled the issue. I was given the choice of an exchange or refund. I chose the refund. I’m going to get something a little beefier. I must say, the seller stood behind the lifetime warranty that this product has. I simply sent a photo of my issue and an explanation. That being said, I would rate the seller 5 stars. Cannot fault the seller for a manufacturing defect.

This is a lot cheaper than the brands that I was referred to. It didn’t take any time to install but do suggest two people so you can adjust and line up easier. It’s been 3 months and I’ve yet to notice any water leaking into the bed. My only issue with it is you have to unlatch one side at a time so if you’re folding it all the way back you make two trips around truck to do that.

Lasted less than a year! Pros: -Affordable, Easy Install, Cover quality is decent Cons: -Terrible & sketchy Mounting system; Poor Quality Latches; Not flush on bed of truck (doesn’t have the best aesthetic when installed); Unit latching Mechanism makes it annoying when you have to open and close cover often I ordered this bed cover in the springtime of 2024 and installed the unit. My first impressions of the cover when it arrived, were that it was fairly well built and had good qualities but I was immediately skeptical of the mounting system. I did not like how finicky the brackets seemed to be and how the whole cover sits on top of the bed and doesn’t really integrate into the bed for a flush finish. Come this fall, my skepticism and fear of the mounting bracket quality was confirmed. While driving down the freeway one of the clips gave way and allowed air under the cover and created enough pressure that the whole covers sits came undone and flew off. Luckily the cover didn’t hit anyone but when I cleaned it up it was obviously in unusable condition! My suggestion is to spend more money and get a cover that has a better thought out mounting system for longevity of use. It is now November of 2024
