Off the back, it’s very tanky. Rides smooth. No issues I found or noticed. Been riding to work and back home. For the price, it’s well worth it. Compare to a lot of these other EBikes that goes the same speed and doesn’t look as nice as this one. I can’t figure out how to navigate the settings to change cruise control or even the speed. it’s not shown in the book. Either way, Since I been riding to work, every employee wants to buy one. Already 5 co workers getting ready to order one just by the feel of the ride and it’s looks. Definitely a win in my book.

Has been a very good bike so far, highly recommend! Battery life is great, can ride it to work and back (over 15 miles altogether) no problem. Suspension is great and can adjust to your liking. Customer service responds quickly too and are very helpful! Had to get the throttle and handlebars replaced after a crash and they were quick to respond and send me the parts I needed. You could say I am HAPPY with how they RUN their business. I'll be here all week. 🫳 🎤

La bicicleta es muy bonita, se monta súper sencillo y va de maravilla. Pero si la quieres para hacer trayectos de más de 10 millas no la compres. NADIE explica nada sobre la autonomía de la batería pero es muy pobre. La cargas todo un día y si no peladeas no te aguanta ni 10 millas. Es muy triste. Si la batería aguantara más sería una bicicleta espectacular pero que no puedas tener independencia por la carga de la batería es un desastre.

The assembly instructions are lacking to say the least. The bikes are super heavy, if you plan to load or unload them from a truck it could be a challenge. They do appear to be well made for the most part, although I wouldn’t be proud of the welds. Experience working with the seller to resolve shipping issues was a complete waste of time.

The bike came well-packaged with all the necessary parts and instructions. Very easy to assemble with a YouTube video included via QR-Code. Nice design and sturdy frame, great suspension, and LCD. The seat could be a little more comfortable for long rides so be prepared to wear padded bike pants, not a deal breaker. I will not say that this is a performance bike but it provides a very pleasant riding experience with decent acceleration. Great for tall people. Pedaling occasionally, throttle use is the best method. I think is a great bike for the money overall especially if it is your first E-Bike.

Both tires beads are too large for the wheels. The bead is outside of the rim. This should be a tighter fit. I'm concerned the tires are going to separate from the rim on a corner. Front brakes rub. I just purchased 2 and hoping the seller contacts me.
