So after a rough start with the first gazebo that was delivered with a box that was barely staying together. We went to put it together about two weeks after it was delivered and found four pieces missing four top rails. So put everything back in the box and message the sell. The sell had me take photos of all the parts we have and let them know exactly what was missing after a few weeks of back and forth communication they finally decided to just send me a new box. Once the new one arrived we were about doing get it all together. The assembly is a three or four person job. It’s an easy assembly but you need hands to hold and assist. The directions are okay not the best but okay. The gazebo went together very easily with no problems. The gazebo is very well built and we love how it lets some sun light in but not all and we stay dry when it rains and cool when the afternoon sun is out. Would recommend this gazebo ... show more

I read all the reviews in advance. The product arrived in two boxes on two separate days. After unboxing, we found only one tiny part that was bent. We were able to easily bend it back to the correct angle. This took us 3 hours to build with 2 people. We went slowly and methodically. We recommend using an actual screw driver with a hex attachment. It made things move a lot faster than using the provided Allen wrench. We have had one windy day and it held very steadily. I can imagine though it would have problems in a high wind environment as it is made of lightweight metal. Overall, good quality for the price. We are very happy with it and hope to use it for years to come. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This gazebo is really nice once you go through the hassle of getting it put together the panels in the roofing did not fit they had to be cut in order to fit it was very complicating with the instructions to put this gazebo together the instructions were not exactly as the gazebo that I ordered the lights that came with it did not work at all The mesh curtain doesn’t really sit tight around the gazebo bugs can still get in I would not recommend this to anyone it took about five days after being frustrated to put this together And way too expensive ... show more

Husband wanted me to send back. These guys accommodations were amazing. Took the price down so I could keep. Yes its difficult to assemble but if you dont want the weather to ruin it or blow away, then that's what you need. Its held up to 3 ft of snow on it, 45 mph winds and loads of rain. Our other one got a tear in the top sagged with a puddle of rain and then bent with the weight of rain. We’ve had this up now for almost 2 years, 50% of the panels all have hundreds of little holes everywhere, the other panels have zero. I like the gazebo but now I’ll be trying to find replacement poly panels, and will have to tear it apart to do so.

I like the size and look of this gazebo. It went together well. My concern is that the panels collect debris inside the bottom of the panels. The pictures show how it looks after one summer of use. I am concerned about what it will look like after a few seasons.

Love this so much!! It took a bit of creativity with some ladders, and patience, but I was able to put it together by myself (5'3" female). Wouldn't recommend doing it, but I'm not patient enough to wait on help :) It went together smoothly, pieces fit perfectly, instructions were detailed and all parts labeled well. Appreciated the extra screws included as well, a lot of items don't include those! The outdoor curtains are thick, smooth zippers for quick closure and 100% privacy. Fantastic product, currently holding up 3 inches of snow above my hot tub. Will definitely buy again if I need a second one in my yard! Love this product. ... show more
