It is difficult to review cheap Chinese tablets because new models are almost always rotated in without any changes to the description or reviews. So, old reviews don't properly reflect current models. So, based on the tablet I just got, this is what I found. First off, my tablet arrived with Android 11 already installed. Also, my tablet arrived with a screen protector already installed. I bought this tablet solely to display sheet music, so I cannot testify how it does with graphic intensive programs. But, the screen is bright and detail has improved over my previous low res tablet. The speakers are the absolute loudest I have ever heard on any tablet or phone. It takes a while to charge this tablet, but that charge is lasting much longer than my last tablet. So far, processing speed has kept up just fine with my demand. At this moment, I am rather happy that I spent an extra few bucks and got this tablet. It is much better than the standard issues cheapies. ... show more

My biggest problem is that this tablet uses a more limited version of Android. When I move my apps to the home screen or the Favorites tray, they will not stay there. The home screen reverts back to the default apps that were installed. I've reached out to Amazon support (free support - no help) and I've emailed the manufacturer HaoVM but they haven't responded. I purchased 2 7" Android 11 tablets to replace a couple of old ones of a diff brand. The issues i have are:. Can't set to my time zone... Keeps returning to Azores Summer Time which is 5 hours ahead of my zone. Even when seeing it to use my manually input time, it switches back to Azores! Drives me nuts since the alerts from my security system appear 5 hours in the future! And the other issues with the Home Screen not saving my custom layout, instead reverting back to factory settings. I've emailed their support address for help on these issues. If i don't get a response by mid week, I'll be returning these two tablets. ... show more

We only had it for 2 weeks, during that 2 weeks it continually overheated. Then when my 6yr old son rolled off the couch with the tablet and his sports bottle in his hand, it shattered the back and would no longer come on. I won’t buy another, I definitely don’t recommend this one either.
