These chairs are nice! Two chairs for the price is awesome for what they do. They cycle through 4 different settings of pulsations from your neck to your legs. (Back, Lumbar, Thigh and Leg). Also 3 timer settings 15, 30 and 60 minutes. PLUS HEAT!! High and low intensity. I’m so PLEASED with this purchase. Ohhh and did I mention that assembly was quite easy! I knew I was gonna have to, but had no idea it would be that simple. I DID have to have help to get the huge boxes out of the driveway. But overall. I’d give a 10!

We had been checking the stores during the different sales for a couple years. Pretty much all of them have the cheap, plastic, handle, that's breaks easily. We found that the ones with the long, solid, handles were almost as expensive as the electric ones. It's ridiculous how much they are. I found this on Amazon that were power, had heat & massage & were much a much cheaper price! We bought two. They're exactly like the ones in the stores for two thousand dollars & up. They were very easy to unpack & put together. The only downsides for us were instead of the two chairs / four boxes coming in together, we had two boxes come in that were both the back part of the chairs. We had to wait three or for days for the second delivery & the two bottoms came in. I don't blame the seller. I use to work in the freight house for a major airline & sometimes things get separated or there isn't enough room so the boxes will be separated. The chairs are comfortable, have been holding up well, the heat & massage are the greatest but they work good enough to know that they're on. The only issue was that the chairs have a side plug so you can charge a device if you want. Both chairs have one plug & neither plug works. I even went back & searched both chairs thinking that I must have missed a plug but didn't see anything that wasn't plugged in. The chairs are great though & I'm glad I didn't buy them for the plug to charge devices. If either of these chair ever stopped working I won't hesitate to get in touch with this person to buy a replacement.

I recently purchased this recliner and, unfortunately, it has not lived up to my expectations. As someone who truly appreciates a good recliner, I found this one to be less soft than most recliners I’ve used. While the design and appearance are nice, comfort is king when it comes to a chair you plan to relax in. The armrests lack adequate cushioning, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, when I recline, there's an uncomfortable hard space that really disrupts what should be a relaxing moment. I was hoping for a chair that would become my favorite spot to unwind, but this one just doesn’t cut it. If I could do it all over again, I definitely would pass on this purchase. If comfort is a priority for you, I suggest looking elsewhere. I’ve added a photo of the hard/uncomfortable part.

I wanted to wait a week before I reviewed this. The chair is pretty stiff and maybe that's just at the beginning. But it could have probably used more stuffing. The armrests are really low. And there's no stuffing where your elbow will hit if reclined. The USB port is convenient but tends to be loose. The heat and massage though make the chair this chair. I love how wide it is. I'll keep it. Oh and the spare parts box is not spare they are parts you will need. And there is a red sleeve with instructions you really should read. Because I did not find it until the end. Put the arms on before the back.Enjoy!

Have had this caur for about a year now and the only thing that works is the recliner function... mostly. I am very disappointed with the quality vs price of this product. I hope that my review keeps someone that has been considering it to find a better option for this price.
