With the Braymore 10x14 barn shed, you get the perfect combo of country flair and modern design with the ability to personalize to your specific needs. The flexible design allows you to place the doors on the eave or gable side and choose from four different door trim designs so you can get that one-of-a-kind look. A welcoming 5’-4” wide door opening makes it easy to bring ATV’s, tractors and more in and out. An open floor plan consists of 140 square feet that can be customized with storage shelves, workbenches and hooks to keep your tools of the trade neat and tidy (organization systems not included). 7’ tall side walls make it easy to store shovels, rakes, ladders and weed trimmers so they are off the floor. Specially engineered treated wood shed siding provides a protective barrier against rot, decay and insects. This model does not include a floor which allows you to place on custom foundations such as concrete pads and more. We purchased this shed for its value, size and the advertisement stating easy for homeowner to build. After reading the very intricate instructions, we decided to hire a contractor instead. Our contractor (a family friend) has been working for 30 years building everything from his own garage to commercial buildings. He said these instructions are absolutely not user friendly, this shed kit is not easy to put together and you definitely should have someone with experience building it. That being said, the quality of materials was great, the time it took us to build with the contractor was three days working 8 hours a day. THEN the roof took another 8 hours over the span of 2 days. No instructions. Parts missing. When contacted manufacturer, they emailed incorrect instructions. Had to make many trips to Home Depot because as work progressed, we found more items missing. Does not come with shingles. Stay away from this crap !

We are returning this product due to the outside wood panels are under a 1/4 of an inch. They sent cheap nails that will not hold for long.

Size: 10x18 Style: With Floor
I bought the 10x18ft shed. First of all, I paid $3700 without the floor. Too much. Next, the nails are terrible. I bought my own nails, used my nail gun, and bought extra screws. The walls are not safe the way the instructions are written. They have you build an 18ft frame with 8 horizontal boards connected together at the seams with 2 nails into the vertical 2x4. I went out and purchased 8ft and 10 ft boards to connect the frame and cut more vertical boards for connecting the 8ft and 10ft walls together at the seam on the 18ft side. A lot of the boards in the kit were not straight. The trusses came in two pieces which you build, and were to be connected by two plywood boards at the top. I did not want to put weight on that roof. So, I reinforced it and built the loft to make it safer to build the roof. The directions are terrible. All directions for the multiple sizes of sheds are in one book, in multiple places, and not complete for my size of shed. If you are not precise on measurements, the directions make it impossible to be precise, the boards will not line up. This means, you have to take it apart and rebuild, or buy more lumber and reinforce the section. I chose the second option because I did not think the original build was structurally sound and did not want the shed to fall on my head. It did turn out well but that was because of the many added expenses. (Extra boards, metal braces, nails, screws, extra plywood, metal brackets, metal plates for seams, etc). Also, you will need to purchase roofing. It does not come in the kit. I think it would be wiser, safer, and cheaper to build and design your own. ... show more
