This bidet was fairly easy to install following the instructions. The pack comes with the plumbing tape, which we needed up needing to use (you don’t always have to use it, but it’s good to have just in case). The material seems fairly sturdy. The reason I am removing 1 star is that the instructions say that you need to open and close the water valve (the one where the bidet connects to the water pipe) every time you use it. They are not taking any responsibility for breakage or damage if the water is left under pressure in the bidet hose. So, to use it, you need to open water valve, then press the plug/button on the bidet itself to make the water run, then close the water valve, and press again the bidet plug/button to remove the water from hose. That is something really to keep in mind, as the damage can be substantial if water just starts poring!

This handheld bidet jet sprayer is pretty easy to install. It took my husband less than 10 minutes to install it. The hardest part is trying to get in between the wall and the toilet to put it on. It has a valve that you are able to use to change the water pressure. The bad thing about bidets is that the water can get cold, but that’s not because of the bidet. It is able to get you really clean and it will save money because you won’t be using as much toilet paper. In the long run, this is a money saver.

Don’t buy this. Buy a brand that uses a threaded hose. I’ve had Purrrfect Zone before and it worked great. I tried saving a few bucks with this brand.. big mistake. I had this a couple days before the metal casing unwound and the rubber hose blew up. It busted as I was using it and hosed down my bathroom and myself. It also does not allow for much flexibility as the rubber hose expands and makes it tight.

I had never tried one of these before, but I'm sold on it. It reduces the cost of toilet paper to almost zero plus it's cleaner and gentler overall. I was surprised to find out that only 30% of the world uses toilet paper. An added feature is that it makes toilet cleaning day a breeze because you have a handheld water jet at your disposal. Be aware that this is for 7/8" lines. I have 1/2" lines, like a lot of people, which is what the sprayer line is. I could have gotten step downs for each side of the valve, but since I already had a 1/2" T, I just eliminated the valve and used the 1/2" T since I already have a valve on the toilet in case something goes wrong at some point. So far it's worked flawlessly for several months.

It came very well packaged. I had a hard time trying to connect it to my toilet but that could simply be bc I’m not good at assembling things. I got my maintenance man to put on and he had it done in less than 10 mins! I love the water pressure and I feel sooo much cleaner!

This handheld bidet toilet sprayer was super simple to install and works great, with no leaks. The matte stainless steel finish of the sprayer, holder, and hose is attractive and should be easier to keep looking good than a chrome finish. The design is modern and stylish. The lever is easy to operate and the spray pattern is good. Overall, materials, fit and finish are very good. Silicone washers for both the control valve and for the sprayer hose are included (and pre-installed) as are screws and anchors for wall mounting the sprayer if that is desired rather than using the hangar for the tank. A roll of teflon tape is also included. The volume and pressure can be regulated either by how hard you press the lever or by adjusting the position of the quarter-turn valve. We estimate that using a bidet sprayer (we already have one in another bathroom) has reduced our toilet paper usage by 1/2 - 2/3. This will not only save us money, but put less stress on the sewer system. Of course, since this bidet only accepts a single water supply connection, you do have to accept that you're going to always be doing a "cold water wash." A few thoughts: It is important not to over-tighten the connections when installing. Though not a fault of the device itself, is that because the valve lowers the connection point of the supply line a few inches below the bottom of the tank, and because we had a solid supply line, we had to purchase a new flexible supply line to make the connection between the bottom of the bidet valve and the supply valve. I would have preferred that the T-valve had also been a brushed finish like the sprayer and hose rather than polished chrome, but that is how it is shown on the product page so I didn't deduct a star.
