Update: They have gotten back to me immediately but I have been busy with work and unable to reply until this morning. They have offered to send me a new one or a refund. I decided on a new one to give the product a fair chance. My review is late because this was really the first time I’ve had the need to use it since I have a regular one at home. Now I don’t worry about GOING while away from home. This is discrete, easy to use and quiet. No problem to use in a small stall and perfect amount of water if it’s cold or warm. Doesn’t require a lot of arm space and doesn’t make a mess.

Absolutely awesome bidet, but it stopped working less than a year after purchase. It worked great on one use, then simply didn't on the next. I haven't used it daily (I don't carry it around on errands) but in my travel trailer, camping, and hotel stays it proved invaluable, especially when my arthritis acts up and I can't reach as well to wipe. The battery power means I don't have to squeeze, which is hard with achy hands. If it hadn't stopped working I would give it 10 stars if I could. ... show more

Perfect for the RV. Water pressure isn’t as strong as a built in bidet but it’s sufficient to do the job. Nice quality. Easy to fill and clean. Definitely better than the squeeze bottle type.

I would give this a zero star. I put the batteries in as directed in the advertisement that shows a negative & a positive area and states to be sure and insert the batteries correctly. However, that did not work, so I tried different ways to insert the batteries and still it did not work. I looked inside the battery compartment with a flashlight and there are two "springs" that are alike which indicates to me that this was made for inserting the 2 batteries with the negative ends. No place for a positive end so it will never work. So much for quality inspections by the manufacturer, ... show more

I became so tender and irritated that normal day-to-day activities became very difficult. Finding this product has made travel a breeze and less stressful. Love this at first but after just several weeks the intensity of the spray is less and less. High feels like low and it not really cleaning as it originally did. UPDATE: I have to say I am very impressed with the response to my original review. I was immediately offered a refund but also offered advice on what could be impeding water flow and in fact the intake was clogged which was easily removed. Pressure is back and working 100%. Don't hesitate to buy this product as there is definitely a satisfaction guarantee as they cheerfully stand behind their product. ... show more
