I liked that it comes already threaded and ready to use. It also has an adapter for regular-sized spools of thread. It doesn’t have a lock switch or a way to adjust the speed, but you can control that by how fast or slow you feed the fabric through. Ending your stitching was a little tricky because you have to use the little threader to weave into the last few stitches. But you can find videos that show you how to use this easily.

This mini sewing machine is exactly what I was looking for! It’s super portable, and I love that I can take it with me wherever I go. Started with some basic mending jobs and it worked great. The included accessories are really comprehensive - love having all those thread colors to choose from. Just got this black handheld sewing machine yesterday and I'm really impressed with the whole package. The storage box contains everything you need - lots of thread options, scissors, measuring tape, needles, and even a needle threader. Been practicing with some scrap fabric and the machine feels comfortable to hold. Really like how it can run on both batteries or with the power adapter. The storage case keeps everything organized nicely. Tried sewing a few simple repairs today and it handled the fabric well. The instructions are clear and made it easy to get started.
