  • Hours of Safe & Fun Entertainment
Color: Green
This is a fun and entertaining toy for children of most any age. It has games for different levels of abilities to entice younger children and challenge older ones. One of the easier and educational ones teaches children to match shapes. One of the more challenging ones I played was an imitation of Super Mario Bros. All the games were entertaining and most importantly, safe from harmful content that your child could easily get exposed to if playing online. I liked the initial presentation of the product. It comes in the pictured gift box, ready to gift your child and put an instant smile on their face. When you open the box and open the battery compartment, you will find a charged lithium battery in the battery compartment that is interchangeable with 3 AAA batteries. With all the batteries we use in toys, this put an instant smile on my face! I don't know how long the battery actually lasts, but my child has been playing it for a few hours and it still seems like it has almost a full charge. This is a great toy to entertain children when you need to keep them engaged and occupied while you are on the phone, driving, or doing something when you might not be able to give you full undivided attention to them. But be ware, it may not be easy to get it out of their hands! It is rather addictive. ... show more

  • a fun, budget-friendly gift that keeps kids entertained for hours.
Color: Blue
This handheld retro game console is such a fun little throwback—and honestly, it’s a hit with both kids and nostalgic adults. I got it as a gift for my nephew’s birthday, and he’s been glued to it ever since. The 3.2" screen is bigger than most kid-friendly handhelds, and the games look surprisingly crisp on it. Even after long sessions, there’s no glare or eye strain. It comes loaded with 138 classic games—no downloads, no Wi-Fi, just flip it on and play. Everything from old-school arcade games to puzzles and adventures. You can even hook it up to a TV and make it a mini arcade at home, which is great for family nights. Battery life is solid, and I love that you can use either USB-C or AAA batteries. It’s compact, durable, and the controls are kid-friendly. Definitely a fun, budget-friendly gift that keeps kids entertained for hours. ... show more

  • Disappointing; some games freeze
Color: Blue
I'm not sure what I expected from this, but either way, this little handheld console is pretty disappointing. Several games glitch out, they freeze mid play. The graphics are about on par for a cheap handheld. My four year old was bored with it after about five minutes, which is unfortunate. The actual fit and finish of the console is decent. It doesn't creak or feel like one drop would break it. It's not premium, but it's not super cheap either. The packaging was decent. It's nice it came in a printed box instead of a generic brown cardboard box. But those things don't fix the fundamental flaw that some games aren't fully playable. Three out of five stars ... show more

  • Portable handheld with great games for a little guy not ready for a switch
Color: Blue
Got this for my son so he can play a "switch" like his big sister. Some of the games are just a little bit complicated for him, and none of them have any directions, but once I show him what to do, he's been able to figure it out. The screen is a good size, the clarity is great and im surprised by the graphics. I expect something close to the old Atari games, but these are close to NES quality. It is a great size that perfect for him to hold. We have only been through the first 4 to 5 pages of games (there's either 6 or 8 per page) and he's already found his favorites. The reason I've given 4 stars is because there's no easy way to get back to the main menu. You have to hit the reset switch on the bottom and then it takes you back to the game screen, all the way back to the first game. I feel like there could have been a better way to have done this and gotten you back to the game screen of the game you had just been playing, instead of starting all over. Other than that, I have no complaints about how well this has worked and how much he enjoys it! ... show more

  • Great toy for toddler
Color: Blue
This game is great for beginners who have not mastered a remote control yet. The game is not very stimulating so it doesn’t keep your kid stuck on it for hours on end. There are several games and it encourages the child to problem solve since each game is different. Quality of the device is basic and not super high end which is perfect for a kid. ... show more

  • Solid little gift!
Color: Blue
I picked this up as a birthday gift for my nephew, but honestly, I ended up testing it out for a good hour before wrapping it up—total nostalgia trip! The 3.2-inch screen is bigger than I expected and surprisingly clear. No squinting, no glare, and it actually feels comfortable to play on for a while. It comes preloaded with 138 games—think old-school arcade hits, puzzle games, and action stuff from the 80s and 90s. Nothing to download or set up, just power it on and go. We hooked it up in the living room and had a mini game night. Worked great with zero fuss. Battery-wise, you’ve got two options—USB rechargeable or AAA, which makes it super handy for travel. But let’s be real, grown-ups will get a kick out of it too. Solid little gift! ... show more

  • Great handheld console.
Color: Blue
Keeps the kids occupied and happy during long drives or on a quiet Saturday afternoon. My oldest loves the color scheme as he does not yet have a Nintendo switch. All my kids love it. Lots of games.

  • A cute little game
Color: Blue
Cute little game for kids. My daughter got it yesterday and has been playing it since. It’s very lightweight, the graphics are surprisingly decent, it has over 100 games on it. Plugs in to the side of the tv to play as well. I played on it some and some of the games are actually pretty challenging even for myself which i didn’t expect. Making it a great for kids I would say 5/7+ but I’m sure kids of all ages would enjoy it Battery also seems to last forever ... show more
