Our 9 year old loves this game unit. I love the case it came with- everything fits so we aren’t losing the cords and smaller pieces. The game variety is good and there is a volume button so you don’t have to hear the music if you don’t want to. Great purchase for the money!

the handheld portion functions. turns on and off. came with a battery in it. there are actually 400 games. so thats cool. it came in the little case advertised as well. it however didnt connect to my tv. and the controller that came with it also didnt work when attempting to only use it as an extention of the handheld portion. the 'up' arrow doesnt work well on the direction pad. it is advertised as new by the seller but maybe it is not. I ordered two different colors. one arrived today. one arrives in 2 days. i will see how the other one functions and then decide what to do next. if however youre fine with the handheld only functioning in the desctription i wrote, then you decide if the price was worth it. im still glad the games are there. im super bummed it all doesnt function together so that i can play it and see it on the tv
