    • Needs a different valve
I had to buy another valve for connecting it to the toilet because "all metal" sounds good, but I couldn't connect it to the plastic flange of the toilet without it leaking. With that settled, the thing is a legit power washer. Full pressure isn't advised unless you're really into that sort of thing. It's very easy to regulate. Takes a while to learn how to aim it without, um, well, you'll figure it out. It's great for skid marks, cleaning the shower, and anything else you can reach with the ample length hose. (I run it behind the toilet so I didn't have that odd angle I saw in most of the photos, and it's plenty long enough.) I'd like it a little better if the wand had a bend to it so I don't have to move my hand quite as close to the water though it's probably fine for most people, and a spring return on the on/off selector would be nice, but really it's fine except for the valve, which is kind of the biggest part. Amazon suggests I say something about "softness" (see power washer remark above), and "warmth", (I have very cold water, it was a worry, but if I'm using it long enough to be a problem, that's too long) so ok then. I was obviously not paid for my review, and even spent extra for the part I needed, so there's that settled too. Update:. The company has reached out to replace the valve, and even offered to refund the cost of the valve I bought. I didn't take them up on the offer, as I'm happy enough with how it works now, but I'm adding a star for their efforts at making things right. ... show more

Love the customizing of the bidet. You can make it stronger or softer and I really like the design and ease of use. My only complaint or Con is the holder for the Bidet, it holds it in place and gets the job done but it's seems very flimsy or cheap.

    • Much Better Product Than My Last Bidet Sprayer
The reason I chose this SonTiy Bidet Sprayer over other, slightly cheaper ones I saw on Amazon was its all-brass construction of the sprayer handle, and the braided construction of its hose. Our last bidet sprayer eventually developed a leak from the hose at its connection to the T-valve and I wanted a better-quality product as its replacement. We've only had this new sprayer for a week or so now, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but it is much better constructed then our last one and I expect it to last much longer. I only had one initial hesitation when I bought the SonTiy sprayer, and that was with its use of a sliding switch as opposed to lever you press, much like you would see on a garden hose sprayer. But my wife was okay with it, and as noted in their literature, that handle is a source of leakage of other makes. We also like the design of the extended sprayer nozzle. An additional plus is that the nozzle fits into the holder from our last sprayer I already had mounted on my wall, so I didn’t need to install their holder. Installation was as straightforward as with any other bidet sprayer, but of note, due to their higher manufacturing quality, they advise you not to use plumbers Teflon tape on the threads of the connections. I was initially unsure about leaving this off of my installation, but the connections do not leak. My only criticism is that the variable slider switch doesn’t seem to make much of a difference in the sprayer’s water stream pressure. But this isn’t a big concern for us, and it doesn’t skew our favorable opinion of SonTiy’s product. ... show more

Unlike some other products, this is all brass, no plastic. The spray head is on an extended wand, allowing proper placement of spray. The hose is double metal shielded. Instructions are clear. everything needed is included. Only small observation is that n the valve operates by pushing to one side. Takes one hand on the wand, and the other to open or close the valve. A one-handed design that pushed in/out would. be an improvement. Bought 2 and then bought 3 more. ... show more

    • Leaked after a year..
We were on vacation when it leaked at the connection near the main head of the unit. Ruined our garage ceiling...good thing my daughter got home in time to save the house from more damage! Be sure to close the main valve under the toilet when leaving! Just a precaution!!
