I totally love this thing. I've been using it for months now and whenever I'm away from home, I miss it. Same price as a package of toilet paper, and so much nicer to use. I was trying to decide between a "warm water" style that attaches to the sink or this "cold water" style, and I'm glad I went with this one... The cold water feels nice (even in winter) and I don't have to fiddle with the sink to turn it on. I also love the control of having a handheld sprayer rather than the common Japanese style toilet-mounted model. These sprayers are used all over Southeast Asia from what I understand, and I can see why they're so popular. The water pressure can be very strong on the high setting, so I've also used it a few times to power-wash items in the tub....oddly satisfying. (Be careful, don't turn it up to max and aim it at yourself without knowing what your water pressure is like!) There are many similar sprayers on Amazon, but I chose this model specifically because it has a nylon nut to connect to the toilet tank, which makes it less likely to strip the water inlet on the toilet when you're installing it. I also contacted customer service and they replied quickly. If you run into any issues, they seem friendly and responsive. One last note... if you're like me and didn't grow up with this kind of technology, you may wonder how to use one of these properly. I've tried a handful of other bidets at friends'/partners'/family/etc homes, but they were all the type that is an attachment under the seat with the spray coming from the bowl. Not ideal for females that need to spray front the back, never hit the front area very well, and you have to move yourself around on the seat to hit the spray. This style is fantastic, and has been especially helpful with that time of the month (I use a menstrual cup, which if you use... you know what a mess that can be trying to get to the sink). It gets everything, and I just use washable/reusable baby wipes to dry off. At the price of the more sustainable toilet paper brands, it will pay itself off in a month or two. Everything great except that the water flow can be a bit forceful. Of course, there is a provision for regulating the flow at the point of connection, but it is a bit too sensitive and difficult to adjust every time due to its positioning. Overall, satisfied!
