So, the old "Fat Wyoming Norwegian" bachelor finally gives up the wooden spoon and enters the space age. I can make my keto bread, keto crackers, and a hundred other recipes without hurting these old joints anymore. I have used and used this and found it to be of excellent quality (If there is such a thing these days). It comes with a whisk, regular beaters, and dough mixers, which really saves the "elbow grease". Multi-speed with a "burst" function, and a built in nifty clear plastic holder for the works and the cord that the mixer magically snaps into. I've been making two double cake mix cakes and home made frostings for a local homeless ministry for several weeks using this mixer - and it handles it all with ease! These are very large cakes - double a 13' x 9' size cake at one time - both the batter and any frosting - and it is very sturdy and does the job! The top speed seems slower than my previous hand held mixer - BUT the beaters are much sturdier and it mixes ingredients better at lower speed than my last mixer could handle at high speed!! I also really like the storage container for the attachments and cord. I can leave it on my counter because it's all neat and tidy, and I don't misplace the attachments! Great price too! I've had the same mixer for some 40 years. It finally died. This mixer is such an upgrade to my "Old Reliable" mixer. The bright red color is cheery. The slow start feature is wonderful. The machine is easy to operate. Having the case to keep cord and attachments organized is very handy. (Wish box was just a tad bigger so that getting everything in wasn't such a puzzle.) Pros: it’s light weight and not too loud; the beater eject works easily and well; it’s stable sitting on the counter; the cord swivels, and the beaters are easy to clean. The slow start feature is useful. It whips quickly and well. Cons: I suspect it is made with almost all plastic parts and would not work for heavy duty mixing. It’s a little hard to fit the beaters and the cord in the storage case. All in all, I recommend it for light use. ... show more

Love the power, love the case. Comes will all you need. Easy to store, easy to clean and works like a dream. I love the red too. This tackles everything from cake batter to creaming cheese and butter with ease. I really like it.
