This oven is the perfect size to put on the top of a kitchen counter, it has a little pan that you can cook in .. The oven worked like a charm, perfect and it was kind of old school with knobs for the adjustments.. 1 for the Temperature,1 for the Time , and 1 for Function.. Very easy to use.. We love it.. This is a very good buy.. And it didn't break the Bank. I recommend this highly..

I find if you keep these clean after use and properly scrub drip tray before it gets covered in burnt on grease and food stains, it's very easy to maintain. And doesn't warrant taking off stars because you don't clean up after yourself. instead of letting the grime build up and then complain that you cant clean it, just clean as you go. Or get the right kind of cleaners. For price and how quickly I needed a new one this guy makes my hot sandwiches, toast, evenly and perfectly, love the settings for holding something warm and you get broil bake (just bottom element heated) and toast (both elements) also get to choose temp like for ovens and is great for small space nothing major. Door function is nice and the space inside is more than it seems. Their isn't any noise. Which I don't know when everyone became so obsessed with noise. If you remember back when things didn't have to be remade every 2 years and purchased for 3x the cost of older machines. Like washing machines. I still have one from 35 years ago in use today. But they aren't quiet. Lawn equipment lasted forever but werent quiet. And air purifiers used to work well for everything until the industry found that everyone was returning items when they were loud. Well you need it to be loud to give enough power to a fan to give it ability to pull all the room air through those tightly woven glass fiber HEPA filters extra thick charcoal filters pre filters etc. Now that everyone wants quiet the market shifted and now none of the machines can pull air through filters not as much as they could before most the aire coming through the air outtake isn't clean air it's just the room air being pushed around by the fans that sit in big chambers on top of the filters. They don't need any air to come through filters to push out enough air from the top to make you think you have a beast of a machine when really nothing comes through the filter. You need it to make noise unless they spent the money on proper centrifugal fans with 50+ blades properly placed in the machine which I've only found one brand that did this. Anyway That's my rant on this new noise craze that's making it impossible to find good air purification, fans that move as much air as they claim yard equipment that works etc.

My oven broke down so I purchased this little oven and it works great. You can put pizza in it and it comes out great you must watch carefully. I also found out if you defrost the frozen food they turn out better. Don't put any plastic in it i haven't tried it yet I think if you put foil in the pan it will be okay don't take my word for it.

Its quite a bit smaller than I was expecting but we have a very small kitchen so thats ok,hard to fit the four slices it advertises unlesss the are small slices! It has been used for 10 days now and its efficient,heats up immediately,and browns quickly . Be warned ,watch it or lower heat as it burns if anything is too near top element ! Its quiet except for ping when it turns off but thats same with all toaster ovens in my experience. Good price and so far so good ,hope it lasts longer than Black and decker we had before .

Works OK for first batch of toast, but once the oven is hot, the toasting unit tends to turn off. Apparently the oven senses it has gotten too hot. So you after one run making toast, it is almost impossible to make more toast until the oven cools off.

I didn't start out angry when we first got this toaster oven. In fact, we loved it and it instantly became one of our most loved kitchen tools. It made perfectly, reliably toasted bread and tortillas every day for the past 10 months. Then one day, foul, grey, plastic-smelling smoke started coming out of it. Just a little at first, then very quickly it became LOTS of nasty, stinky smoke. First I looked at possibly buying an Asurion plan, which would mean paying for two months (at least) of coverage @ $17/month, then waiting a whole month for coverage to kick in before even getting an agent to possibly reject our claim. That didn't seem like a good option, so I read the fine print in the Hamilton Beach warranty. They REALLY cover their asses, so chances are slim they would do anything for us but we could send them the toaster, though they absolutely will not cover shipping which from California would be $40 one way. TL;DR WE PAID $70 FOR A TOASTER THAT IS GARBAGE AFTER LESS THAN A YEAR. If you read the lower ratings you'll see that our story is not unique! This is a junk product that has a short lifespan so it's basically a waste of materials, time, money and a safety hazard to boot!!! I could not be more unhappy about this. It should be pulled off the market. IT SHOULD'VE BEEN PULLED OFF THE MARKET YEARS AGO. I see they've dropped the price on it by $10 since I bought it so it's obvious they know they're selling GARBAGE.
