When I say this iron works. It gets the job done. It heats up to 400 degrees and it doesn’t burn your hands. It does get a little warm on the backside but not enough to burn. My iron came with a heat glove and 2 hair clips. I did my test on one of my new human hair wigs by Luvme and it did straighten it pretty good. I have not tried on my own hair because I’m natural and I don’t use heat on my hair. I’m sure I’ll get good use out this for the many wigs that I have that needs straightening from time to time. ... show more

The comb/brush is definitely not for thick hair as they promised online. It actually pulled my hair due to the teeth. The teeth doesn’t get hot enough to straighten my hair. It’s overrated now because it was a gift. I can’t return the item. SMH.
