I bought this based on reviews from other customers. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with them. I found the buttons extremely touchy. The temperature control was too easily changed. I would go from hot to cold to medium without meaning to. I also thought that the on-off switch was too small. It had a very high and a almost very high speed setting. The lower setting was barely less than the high setting. In addition, the diffuser which is attached magnetically whichis not a very strong attachment. Because I couldn’t regulate the speed down to a low one, my long hair was easily tangled. It’s very pretty, and looks like it should be nice to handle, but overall I really dislike this blow dryer..
