The packaging is very neat & high quality cardboard. It does take few seconds to slide out due to air pocket. The material used for the product feels premium. The attachments stick on magnetically & very smoothly. I like how there is a protection cap on the air intake filter. It is also magnetic so it slides down easily to clean the stainless steal intake filter. Although be careful with the filter inside, it easily deforms under pressure. I like how the heat level is indicated with the LED lights at the back. Mine had a minor glue imperfection but it was on the inside. The product is not very bulky, it does create some noise when operational. Overall its a very efficient hair dryer. From the looks of it & the feel, it does seem durable.

It was amazing! For the few minutes it worked ... it was quiet, fast, easy to use and then CLICK! It turned off. The safety button did not pop on the cord. It wasn't overheated (I just started using it). My electrical outlet is working fine. It just DIED. I waited an hour to see if it needed to "reset" or something. NOTHING. And, really? Do YOU have time for your brand new hair dryer to shut off after 3 minutes of use & then wait for it to ... whatever it needs to do? No! You have wet hair that needs drying! Now! Gaaahhhhh .... just don't waste your time & money on this item!

Haven't had this dryer too long but I use it at the salon . The only thing so far is when you're a professional hair stylist this product needs a MUCH LONGER cord other than that so far fingers crossed.. Love the magnetic attachments they do NOT fall off unless you really hit it hard with a brush. Never in all my years had luck with a diffuser but this is AWESOME !!!! it doesn't slip off cause of heat or weight . Used to 3 speeds but learning with 2 but 3 heat settings are great. Very neat storage . I even bought wall mount that matches and it fits perfect along with putting my edger in the little opening for it . This dries the hair pretty smooth and faster than most without burning hair or heads !

This is a great blow dryer. Love how the vents are in the handle and not the barrel. Super light weight. Extremely strong. I have super thick hair and this is the best blow dryer I've ever had. Probably takes me half the time to dry now.

This hair dryer is mediocre as it has two big flaws. One - the buttons that control the temp (cool/warm/hot) are located far too near where the user naturally holds the dryer, so your fingers often accidentally change the temp while it’s in use. Takes a bit of time to get used to that. Two - the magnet that holds on the targeting funnel is WAY too weak and flies off when using, even if your hair touches it. Not a bad hair dryer but not even close to great for the price.

I'm totally impressed! This dryer is very light weight, and much quieter than my old dryer. I have thick, naturally curly hair that usually takes at least 30 min to dry completely, and my old dryer left it very frizzy, no matter what product I used. This dryer dried my hair 100% in 10 minutes! Yes, I timed it! And the frizz is significantly less! The diffuser attachment worked great and magnetically attached super easy. I like the different speeds, and the temperature was varied enough that I could definitely tell the difference between each of them. I'm excited to try it on my daughter's stick straight hair and see what it does for her!
