I ordered one as a Christmas gift for my wife and it worked one time and wouldn't turn on again. I sent it back and ordered the same one again thinking maybe I received a defective one. We finally received the new one and it wouldn't even turn on. So disappointed. We will never order this product again. Very bad to have two not work. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Great hairdryer. The two curler attachments really work. Powerful and adjustable heat for different hair types. Super long cord. Closest to the $400 plus ones with similar features. I recommend this if you want to save yourself a bunch of money with the same out come.

Bought in January used it twice now it doesn't work. I tried every outlet in the house. It was always boxed kept. Never dropped. Such a waste.

The media could not be loaded. When using the left/right-wrap curlers, It is important to have the hair mostly dry, as well as being primed with a curl enhancing spray. Then turn The wand onto high heat with high wind speed. Leave it for at least 10 seconds then reduce the heat to low, and leave it for another 10 seconds.. I wish this process was automated, but it is not. I also keep a fine mist water bottle nearby, in case my hair starts to get too dry, I can spray lightly. Pros: Every attachment I can think of is included in this sent. The attachments are easy to get on and off, even if you have difficulty with your hands. There is a cord wrap included. It does have an automatic GFI built into the base of the power cord. (If it does not work upon arrival, try the buttons at the wall). It does have a self-cleaning feature. They have included a heat protection glove. The instruction book is very thorough in providing information on how to use each attachment, along with the settings for the base unit to get the best results. The base unit is not slick, so the whole thing is easy to hang onto while using. As long as you’re not using the wrapping curlers, you can activate the lock switch, so that you don’t accidentally change settings while using. Cons: It does not have the negative ion feature, which I found to be very beneficial for my hair type. There is no “cool shot” button to automatically bring the temperature down, when doing the curls. There is no storage bag included. The concentrator does not magnetically attached to the blow dryer head. (You have to take it off and reattach In a different area, if you want to change the direction.
